Property is a beautiful lay out. We loved the pool areas along with the gardens . Staff are very nice and pleasant . Location is superb next to the beach and a 10 min walk to the shops . I recommend this place definitely. Will not disappoint. Happy traveller's 😊

Property needs an update. Felt more like a 3-3.5 star than a 4 star resort. Nonetheless the staff were great and very friendly. Pools were clean and loved the bar pool.

We spent 10 days here. the location was great, you can walk anywhere! There’s so many restaurants, shops, massage places at the door step! Our room was clean, a little tired but no mould as other reviews have mentioned. We were located over the gardens so extremely happy however if we had a room over the car park it wouldn’t have been pleasant. Housekeeping needs to be a bit more thorough. There were heaps of marks left on mirrors and the glass in between bathroom and bedroom. It took me all of 10 minutes to clean the bathroom window, not a long time but that’s not really what I want to be doing on my holiday. The bedroom needs a good sweep as when we arrived there was sand on the floor. This was cleaned up during our stay. But no one wants to take sand into their bed. The daily room service is very slap dash!!! The resort is huge, and the grounds are well kept. Annoying the resort staff doesn’t keep to their rule of reserving lounge chairs. Many people reserve the lounge chairs and aren’t seen for hours. I think time to reinforce the rule. The WiFi is the crappiest I’ve ever had in south east Asia. Drops in and out and is super slow. Breakfast is ok. Not the best, your soup station needs a refresher, for the entire 10 days chicken noodle broth was served! We did enjoy the egg station and didn’t need to wait long for our order.. We had a late check in 10pm and the reception staff weren’t very pleasant. After travelling all day, it would be nice to be greeted by friendly,

Awesome place
We had a Deluxe Pool access room- great choice! Awesome to just walk off your deck into a more private pool that this row of rooms accessed, away from the main pools. Main pools are fabulous, with a great pool bar. Buffet Breakfast is amazing, so do include it. Rooms are nice and clean, comfy. Room service for drinks is good if in your ‘room’ pool as no bar there. Lovely grounds, stunning building. Across the road from the beach.

Great place to stay in Phuket, though not as good as the one in Khao Lak (matter of preference really), Staff were friendly and helpful as always (Mitz at Reception and Pong our potter were particularly helpful). The one piece of feedback is to perhaps make the sign for the Hotel Car Park a bit more prominent when coming down the road, as it is easy to miss, since it the entrance is hidden in an awkward corner as one one is driving down from the city...we had to circle back 3 times and temporarily stop in the middle of a busy road to ask for directions

A very large property. We were lucky enough to be given a room in a great location, close to pools and not too far from reception and breakfast. Block/room 28.., however be prepared for band to play till late at night. Some nights the volume was too excessive. Music played is pre 2000's and we stayed 12 nights and it became very repetitious. Breakfast offers a large variety, however it becomes very busy from 8-10 am. Other dinning options are ok. Basically there is only one other restaurant at it's the same food that is served at the pool and other spots. Beach is across the road, which was nice. Many water activities avaliable. If you exit the hotel at the back and turn left to walk, shops and Bangla Road is not that far. There are only a few activities to do in the hotel which were not great. Aqua aerobics with the female was good, Kelvin areobics was terrible, and the other animation staff is bias only communicates to the Russian speaking people. Does not involve everyone. He sits on his bottom and yells into the microphone. Thinks he is funny. He needs staff training in customer relations. All in all other staff were friendly. My biggest criticism would be not enough pool chairs for such a large hotel. They don't like you reserving seats, but if you are not down there between 7 and 7.30am you are probably not likely to spend the day at the pool. All in all we did have a good holiday.

Pro's: Very good value resort. Very clean. Great and varied complimentary breakfast. Friendly staff. Pool hall and bowling alley and a decent gym were definitely a great bonus. Although I didn't get round to participating, the acqua exercise classes looked like a lot of fun too. Con's: Slightly dated feel to the facility but the massive amount of Pro's definitely makes up for this con.
