When we checked in we were told that we would receive only 2 vouchers per day for meals although there were 4 of us booked. The receptionist then proceeded to call her boss in Bangkok to clear up the problem. She spoke very quietly in Thai to attempt to not disclose that she had felt we did not pay enough through Expedia to receive the additional vouchers. After clearing the issue with the meal vouchers we went to the room. There only 1 of the 2 beds had sheet, pillows, & blankets. I requested that the other bed be made and was told I would have to pay extra for linens on the other bed. By this point I had just finished traveling for 30 hours prior to arriving at the hotel and in no mood for such games. After a call to the receptionist went nowhere I proceeded back downstairs were I requested to speak to someone in management. I was told that that Pattaya location had no manager and that the only manager was in Bangkok. After a very heated and angry exchange with the receptionist that offered very little empathy or customer service skills I demanded to be put on the phone with a manager. The reservations manager that I spoke was almost no better at offering quality service or for that matter any sort of managerial skill. Not until I threatened to contact Expedia and cancel the reservation did they agree to make up the 2nd bed. The rest of the staff at the hotel were great. There are too many good hotels in Pattaya to ever go back to this 1. Save your money & book elsewhere.

Booked suite room for 2 adults and 2kids. The room was meant to sleep that amount but turns out only if somebody sleeps on sofa. Also on arrival were told that the free breakfast on the room was only for 2 of the guests and would have to pay for 2 kids everyday. Also pool was in my opinion grim sadly won't be staying again!

I picked the hotel for the location based on previous reviews. Was not disappointed. Comfortable room with great staff. Would stay here again.

I had the suite room 801, great size overall and very happy with it. Good bathroom/shower and decent coffee machine. Has a separate lounge area with sofa which is nice. Downside was you couldn't connect to wifi in the room, you had to go to reception which was disappointing. I like to watch the news channel while pottering but the TV quality was very poor. If you like your breakfast you'll probably be disappointed with the food and selection here. Very basic indeed.
