Great location

Great location, great breakfast by Thailand standards. Rooms are very spacious. The only issue waa the internet. Its was very slow and kept on disconnecting, had to get a new login everyday.

A very good choice for lodging

Posted Dec 15, 2017
Pros: I liked the rates and the location.
Cons: I do not have any recommended improvements.
Location: The central mall and shopping was near. Numerous dining options are near. Interesting sites are near.
The Baywalk offers a view of the bay with all of the activities that take place. One can see parasailing, jet skiis, boating and the high rises from the rooftop restaurant. There is a Pattaya City sign reminiscent of the Hollywood sign here as well. This hotel is a short walk to the infamous Walking Street and numerous street vendors. The central mall is near as well as other shopping. There are shrines nearby and the shrine featuring the Big Budda (short taxi ride) is also near. The staff is very friendly and customer oriented. They always have a warm greeting and a smile.

In the heart of everything Pattaya has to offer.

Pros: Besides its central location, the staff was helpful and gracious. Especially Mr. Bee! I would have been lost without him.
Cons: THE MATTRESS AND PILLOWS. The bed wasn't much more comfortable than the floor, but tile is cold.
Location: Loved getting a (legit) Thai massage just on the corner from the front door. 200 THB for 60 minutes. Heaven!
Now I can say I have touched all corners of our incredible world. If you want seclusion, this is not the place for you. However, this location provides a good base from which to explore the city and it's hidden charms. There are many things to do here whatever your reasons for coming to Thailand. I particularly enjoyed visiting the nearby islands (especially Koh Sak with its crystal clear warm water and empty virgin beaches) as well as the Sanctuary of Truth, a Buddha statue park... There is plenty more that would satisfy all ages and interests. A little bit of a party town though. Side note: When I couldn't get a stable wifi connection on my phone, the front desk sent a tech up to my room in 5 minutes to place a router in my room. My connection was then better than it is at home. Kudos!

Love the location, right on the main beach front and the view we have from our room ocean view also up on the 7th floor is the swimming pool it’s has a great view of the ocean and the breakfast dinning area. I recommend room S-8 the room is spacious and clean and love the view from front side and the side street. And I love the people that work there they’re very friendly. I feel bad I for get to tip the maids and the front desk.

I'm coming back for sure. A+++ Hotel

Posted Oct 8, 2017
Pros: Everything
Cons: Extend pool hours a bit later considering it's on the roof and the noise cant bother anyone.
Location: Walking St is full of awesome night clubs, bars, and agogos. Plus everything else isn't too far to walk to either.
Excellent hotel with very clean rooms and facilities. Very nice and friendly staff. So close to the action, less than 200m walk to Walking St. Rooftop pool view of the bay is amazing too. I booked a double room, when I rocked up and noticed 2 single beds joined together I mentioned to them I was after a double bed, they immediately moved me into an identical room except with a large king bed. I asked in my booking if it was possible for me to have a room with an LCD TV to plug my laptop into. The room they moved me into had a CRT, I didn't even have to say anything and a minute later the service man was at my door with a replacement LCD TV and kindly swapped them over. Didn't book breakfast for this stay so cannot say anything about that.

Perfect location

Posted Sep 7, 2017
Pros: Location, size of rooms, value for money
Cons: Minor renovations to the room would be nice but hardly a problem.
Lovely stay. Room is nice and spacious and the location is perfect. Across the road from the beach but far enough off the road to not be affected by noise.

The Baywalk Residences, Beach Road, Pattaya

Posted Sep 5, 2017 on Hotels
Just a relaxing 5 days to get away from the hustle and bustle of the working life. the hotel is perfectly positioned on Beach Road, close enough to several large open air bars to quench your thirst in the humidity, plenty of ladies shouting 'Massage' so you can rest your weary limbs, next to a major shopping centre for the more extravagant souvenirs or on the street for vendors selling their wears and finally only a short stroll to Walking Street and the nightlife for when you want to let your hair down and party with the revelers. I've stayed in Pattaya quite a few times now and the Baywalk Residences is my hotel of choice. Its not the most expensive, it's not the cheapest. But it's clean, friendly, the roof pool is excellent and its location is perfect for doing your touristy things.
