Luxury hotel in central Pattaya

Great hotel right in the heart of the shopping district in central festival mall. Connected directly to two levels of the mall, including access to restaurants, movie theaters and bowling alley...right across the street from the beach. Panoramic lounge and bar/restaurant on the 16th and 34th floors. Nice views from most rooms. Only drawback, somewhat pricey...

Fantastic hotel. View unbelievable. Staff excellent. Room amazing. Breakfast superb and all breakfast staff so friendly and attentive. InfinInfinity pool also with an amazing view. In my view 5 out of 5.

OVERPRICED TINY ROOM FOR $400

Pros: NICE POOL
Cons: CLEANER ROOMS, FARER RATES
Location: VERY NOISY AND HECTIC
HORRIBLE...SHEETS WERE DIRTY AND FULL OF BUGS. TINY ROOM SO NOISY FROM THE STREET. PAID FOUR HUNDRED FOR A LITTLE CAT BOX OF A ROOM.

Best in Pattaya

Pros: Location and amenities.
Was there for a business trip. Have been there once before and stayed at a competing hotel. This was by far the best. Great staff, good location, great pool, good gym, close to shopping and restaurants. And beach right across the street.

Overloaded with many tours

The room is rather old and ground tiles are stained. The hotel is overloaded with many tours. We have to queue up for 10+ minutes before getting a table for breakfast ...
