The staff were excellent . I think the management and admin are not as good as the Marriot. They had no record of my having paid HOTELS CO check in but luckily I had a copy of the receipt. I was awaked every am at 9 am by hammering in the room above where there were renovations in progress. With a 7 hr time difference with London I could not sleep before 6am and to be awakened in this way after 3 hrs sleep was very irritating. It would not take much managerial initiative to allocate guest rooms to prevent this

Thank you for your comments and compliments to our team. Management and staff are same as with Marriott, there has been no changes. We apologize if your sleep was interrupted, we try to minimize the work to certain hours; 10am-5pm. We look forward hosting you back in the Resort soon, and I am pleased to inform we will have completed upgrading all our rooms by May 2017.
