The hotel staff were friendly. Calling this an English speaking hotel is a stretch. The most notable thing was the condition of the facility. The rooms have not been updated since about 1980. This was the biggest issue. The room was clean but very old. The bathroom was in the same condition. The selection of TV was very limited and the picture was not clear, like it was from an over the air antenna. The AC controls were an old pendant that sat on the night stand. They had some signs in the lobby asking for patience while they remodel. So, I have to assume they know their facility needs remodeling, but I didn't see active construction anywhere. Overall, this hotel was likely acceptable for locals, but is not up to Western hotel standards from a facility point of view. The food at the breakfast buffet was plentiful and good.

Our return to Pattaya
We stayed for three nights and enjoyed a very quiet hotel and surrounding area. The view from our room was a delight overlooking the sea towards Koh Larn. The considerable attractive gardens were spacious and well kept. The external building and some internal carpets are showing their age and are in need of an upgrade. One of our main attractions to the hotel is the small but challenging 9 hole park 3 golf course. . A short walk to soi 5 you will find many restaurants and bars which were reasonable priced and not too packed due to the lack of tourists due to the continued pandemic.

We spent a long weekend break away from Bangkok.The location of the hotel allows a breath taking view of the sea from the large garden area. The hotel is large and is in need of some tender love and affection as it is somewhat tired.

Long Weekend break
We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the surrounding peaceful area. We managed 9 holes of par three golf on the premises. The garden is immaculately kept and has stunning views of the ocean. The outer buildings are in need of some maintenance but overall a pleasant stay.

Loved the gardens, pool, swim up bar & private beach. It is out of town, cost 200 BAHT for transfer one way. Hotel itself is tired, it needs a facelift, the food is awful.

If you stay at room (facing sea side), it could be available such a beautiful view especially romantic sunset. And it's easier for hotel guests to access behind beach within walking distance, while you can also take relaxed at pool inside hotel.

The only positive was the Ocean view. The hotel is very old and run down. The room air-conditioning was hardly working (very hot). The hotel's common areas had no air-conditioning on which made it very uncomfortable. The WIFI internet wasn't working and no-one responded to my reports on the issue. The shower in our room didn't work. TV reception was very bad also. Not impressed and would never stay here again.

Love this place!
6th time staying at Asia Pattaya Hotel. If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle, have great service and food in a beachfront hotel then this is a great choice. I've been here solo, with family, and with wife and they never disappoint. My parents used to spend 45-60 days per year here playing golf during the winter. Staff is like family with a thai twist.

Nice hotel, but very tired looking now. No bar in hotel as it used to have one. People save sunbeds all day from 6:30 around the pool and it’s not really acceptable. Only last few days extra beds were added to garden area. Some couples had 4 beds. 2 for morning and 2 for afternoon when sun in different position

Ups: The price was unbeatable and the quality of the room and the property were very inviting and the beach view from my seventh floor room was lovely. Downs: The bathtub was extremely slippery while taking showers and the bed was extremely firm. I reserved a single room with a king size bed but was given a room with two twin beds pushed together (which is NOT the same as a king). Overall, I would stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Pattaya.

I stayed this hotel for 1 night during my short trip in Pattaya. The hotel is settled for long time already but the condition still good. only thing that need to consider is AC power receptacle.

Excellent value for money. I stayed at 6 different hotels during my last trip. This was far the best value. Great facilities and friendly staff. Considering it was high season the hotel was pretty quiet.

Great place: on a nice beach, nice swim up pool bar. If you include the mini golf course and tennis, and good food: it’s one of the best places to stay in Pattaya

Pleasant weekend out of Bangkok.
This was my second stay at the hotel within the last 12 months albeit two nights on this occasion . The staff were very friendly and welcoming. As it was low season the restaurant in the evening was very quiet and we had the live duo band to ourselves and one other guest on the first evening.. The garden and sea view are the best attributes which are spacious and well manicured. The hotel is in a prime location looking over its own beach with great views overlooking the ocean. The decor in the room was somewhat dated but clean and comfortable. Car parking was easy with a number of spaces. We will certainly consider staying again in the near future.

Comfortable Beach Front Hotel
We paid a bit more which was worth the extra and stayed in a Seaview room. The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and the margaritas around the pool were great. It is a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the main area of Pattaya. It is only a short THB200 taxi to walking street. There are a number of restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel which are in easy walking distance.

CREEPY HOTEL EVER
This is my 1st and last coming here, I regretted to choose this hotel. i paid and booked the hotel sea view and when i check in they say my room sold out. They told me they upgrade my room, have jacuzzi inside. And sew view too. Don't get fool by them.. don't choose the room got Jacuzzi, the room so OLD AND CREEPY. I found alot of creatures inside the room (MOSQUITOES, COCKROACH, ANTS, LIZARD) and frog sound inside the room... jacuzzi got alot of ants... totally worst i paid 200usd for 2nights not worth it. pls, if u want to find beach to swim. Take other hotel or island trip... this hotel need to train their staff and renovate their property. And please provide IRON for clothes.

Comfortable hotel, helpful staff, kept very clean
The hotel is old and has ongoing refurbishment. Both sea and golf view rooms are the same. Well sized. Bathrooms are rather tired but not in bad order. The pool and gardens are lovely. Nice clean laundered pool towels each day. Plenty of sun loungers. Restaurant and seafood buffet available with good food with fair prices. Always comfortable there.

Overall Asia Pattaya is a good hotel. The main strengths are large pool, well maintained hotel grounds, good restaurants and access to the beach. If you stay there next door Condoms and Cabbages restaurant is a must visit place. The only downside is that hotel rooms are overdue for some renovations. But general impression is positive.
