พนักงานบริการดี สถานที่ใกล้ชายหาด แต่ข้อเสียหลัก ๆ ที่ทำให้ประสบการณ์ที่นี่ไม่น่าพอใจเท่าที่ควร คือ ที่จอดรถน้อย ไม่เพียงพอสำหรับแขก แล้วรถเราแพงแต่ต้องไปจอดตากแดดกลางสนาม อีกข้อคือสภาพโรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่า พื้นกระเบื้องในห้องมีอาการระเบิดตัว เวลาเดินจะมีเสียงตลอดเหมือนจะพัง รวมถึงความสะอาดของห้องพักโดยรวม ควรจะทำได้ดีกว่านี้ในการให้บริการ ฝากไว้เพื่อการพัฒนาการให้บริการครับ

The hotel was in a quiet location and good for families. The swimming pool facility was good for the children. The free shuttle bus was good to link to the city.

Great view from the room, breakfast is also wonderful good quality of food and various kinds of breakfast. My family really enjoy staying in this hotel!

Family friendly resort closer to Pattaya.
Friendly staff and great service. Bit out of the way. But has great food and a great pool. Has a private beach and few restaurants along the beach walkway.

I can never accept birds ( many birds) walking and eating from the breakfast-buffet-table and at our breakfast table. From a medical perspectiv it is known that birds poop can have CAMPYLOBACTER ( amongst other) and only 1 bird poop can make hundreds of people sick and spoil the hollydays completely. This is a major problem and very dissapointing that the hotel staff accept this birds at the tables. That makes this hotel far from clean.

Nice and quiet hotel - a bit out of town
Major drawback for this hotel is it locate quite a distance from main Pattaya City. However, that give you a quiet and more relax atmosphere. Room is certainly spacious for 2 people. (I think 2 more extra beds can fit in) nice setup, all room facing the sea. buffet breakfast was above average. the hotel has access to public beachside park along the beach.

Quiet & Comfortable
Bella Villa Cabana is a bit dated but comfortable enough. Rooms are a decent size but sparsely decorated. Bed was comfortable. We had a wifi router very close to our room, so the signal was excellent. Upper floors have a nice sea view. The 2 pools are quite good. One is fairly large. They are located close to the beach area. Breakfast was quite good with a respectable assortment of Thai & Western offerings. Eggs are made to order and bacon is fried upon request. There's a coffee machine that makes several different drinks, so the coffee was drinkable. The hotel is far enough away from Pattaya so that you aren't seeing sleaze. Family friendly. Beach area is nice but the water, of course, isn't swimmable. The boardwalk the locals have put in is very nice. We ate at a seafood restaurant immediately adjacent to the hotel and it was a very good product at reasonable prices.

beautiful hotel very clean and friendly staff ... close to the beach and has a lovely pool... it is far from Pattaya city but has a shuttle bus nearly every hour to take you there and back ... great hotel in a quiet location

Beach location hotel but not good room service
Hotel located around 5 km from city and beside beach. Room service is not good.. They never changed your bed sheets and towel regularly.Also nearby area don't have good restaurant.Bathroom is of old style and furniture also looks old.

I'd searched for photos and reviews of this hotel and most of them are nice, so i decided to book a room (cabana suite with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 living room). When I first walked into the room, the floor was a bit dirty so I called for the housekeeper to clean it and they were super nice, they came in to sweep and mop for us with smile : ) My mom loved this place so much as it had (almost) everything she wanted e.g. kitchen, pan, cookware and even washing machine! Also, my brothers was really enjoy playing pool here (20 THB per game) So, except for the beach that dirty, everything in this hotel was super nice, the room was great and the staff were really helpful. I will come back!

Pleasant and relaxing visit
It was a very pleasant visit. The hotel is tasteful, the breakfast was great the swimming pool was fantastic and the staff were great. The beach is very pretty with a nice walk to an unfinished Temple, some good beach cafés and restaurant and a shipwreck with some cute stray dogs. Unfortunately the water is polluted there and it is suggested not to swim. The hotel was somewhat far from the center but they offer a good transfer service for free several times a day and I myself prefer more quiet over the city. It's also a good place to stay if you are with family,. Pattaya downtown can be too overwhelming.

Nice & calm hotel
One of the good hotels in Pattaya. Clean and spacious rooms with beautifull sea view. Away from city's hustle and bustle. Good for kids, as pool area is kids friendly. Staff is friendly, cooperative and sober but they hardly understand english. Hotel is a little, like 8 km, away from city but they provide free shuttle service to all bella villa hotels in pattaya, so one can get to city easily. Ask for shuttle schedule at front desk. Food is average, hotel privides good breakfast buffet (either included or payable).

Hard to communicate with people in English at desk
This is the only problem. Communication. But we Enjoyed the shuttle bus since it's a little bit far from everything. Because of the 4 stops in different parts of the city of Pattaya the shuttle do,I would recommend anyone to your clean hotel and the super pool mb *****. Perfect for all! Thanks

Smell of garbage
Every night the smell of rotten garbage is beyond, I guess the city transfer dump is across the road :( very poor Wifi and food is not good here, stunning pool very clean hotel, beautiful beach front

The hotel is great on so many fronts but at night they close the pool too early, at night the smell of sewage and or garbage rotting drives a person into their room, 4 out of 7 nights, hotel restruant needs to cook better and use less oil on everything

Very quiet resort
I really enjoyed this property... instant beach access, good food and nice and quiet. The only downfall is that there isn't much to do... but the property has daily shuttle service to their other properties.

It is more than 10kms from Pattaya city
Hotel is outside the city, so it not good for those who wants to enjoy and see the night life. It is at a very quite and peaceful place. There is nothing around the hotel not even a single shop, you might have to travel a bit to find a mart.

Would not recommend
The advertisement for this hotel on Travelocity is very misleading. When we booked the trip we knew nothing about Pattaya. The pictures on the advertisement indicated there was a beach with chairs and umbrellas. When we got there, we did not see any. When we asked about that, we were told that the beach is too dirty to swim and we should not go to the beach. We should go to another part of Pattaya. This was disappointing since we specifically wanted a hotel directly on the beach. The hotel is also situated in what appears to be a poor neighborhood. There were several roosters directly next to the hotel which woke us up at 5am every morning !! I will have to say though that the housekeeping staff was very friendly and did a great job. My daughters birthday was 24Dec and they only saw here with a birthday hat. That night when we returned to the hotel, they had decorated the room with happy birthday balloons. This was a very nice surprise and I hope they were recognized by their management for this !

Better star somewhere nearby.
Rated as a 4-star hotel, I expect to see more in this hotel; unfortunately the quality is more like a 2-star hotel. It's located in a neighborhood you'd never expect, the people only speak limited English. I checked out in the morning and left my luggage there so I did not need to carry it around. I came back later that day to get my luggage back, and they kept asking for key card, check in, etc. And yet I have a receipt to pick up my luggage. The room is clean; however the bathroom sink was clogged, yellow stain by the shower, and cracks here and there. Though it says free shuttle for nearby neighborhood; you still need to pay.

Not a smile from anyone except the cleaning maid onsee, who did a great job and was a delight to see each day Restaurant not aircoditionec and hit when eating Food of poor standard, if I hear we no have again will go demented Had place to ourselves only guests most nights Bed like a rock Old hotel basically clean staff need to be removed and start again needs direction from management $A12 each way to town, one great seafood restaurant next door nothing else but car dealerships for miles in both directions Wifi drop out frequent

Pleasant stay,love the swimming pool.
Great swimming pool with jacuzzi.The staffs were so friendly.We found a good seafood restaurant just walking distance from hoel along the beach.The only thing was not good,the sea in this area is impossible for swimming.
