Great value hotel
Beautiful hotel right near the beach. Rooms were spotless and modern great sounds from the tv and the pool has the clearest water i ever seen crystal clear.

Really enjoyed my stay there. The staff was nice and very helpful. I would have gave 5 stars but according to food/drink menu in the room service hours was 630am-11pm but they closed the kitchen at 1pm daily. I will be staying there again though.

The location is extremely good! Beach, nice Restaurants, 5💥 shopping is within 5 minutes walking distance (even less if using the free Hotel shuttle) 👍

Pleasant stay in Pattaya..
Lovely property and thoughtful staff. The rooms were very spacious and comfy. Pool and Jacuzzi were well maintained. Just a bit far from the main road.

The ocean view rooms have magnificent views so worth paying a little extra, the room was roomy and adequate, beds are super hard but most are in Thailand, the pool is small , only 9 old loungers and not one umbrella, so no lying by the pool reading if that’s your thing, overall was disappointed, did not originally book this as booked somewhere else but this was a last minute change advised by Expedia due to original resort closed for maintenance, the location is great for baht bus and there is a 24 hour tuk tuk to run you up to the main road and bring you back which is good , if your wanting a resort style hotel this is not it , it’s simply a hotel with small pool . I would not stay again

The staff were not very courteious! When local language is a problem, not willng to help! WiFi was not always availale. Gets disconnected and depite repeat password the connections were not established.

Noisy Hotel & Thin Walls
Good staff, room and location the big problem is it’s just too noisy, the walls are thin and unfortunately you can here everything your neighbour is up to, glad my kids were not staying, the people who stay there clearly don’t care about being load in the corridors and can keep you awake, although it’s not the hotels fault they have to do more to keep the noise levels down, not sure what they can do about the “thin walls”, I have been in Asia for 7 weeks, 10 hotels and this was by far the worst but only for noise, great for everything else, staff, service, food, location

The hotel is fine but it is in a long lane way with no stores or other restaurants nearby. Its a long walk to other restaurants

Very convenient. Not on Beach Rd., but they have a free shuttle service to take you and pick you up at the round-a-bout. Rooms are clean and spacious, balconies are a plus, beds are comfy, staff is super nice, and there is a parking garage :)

Indo China adventure.
Breakfast was good. Restaurant was a disappointment seeming to be for room service at other times. A shuttle bus to the main road saved a 10 min walk, from there local buses take you along the beach road for 10 bahts. WiFi good. TV poor. Air con good. Hotel was good to sleep and a base.

Best Bella Hotel is not a four star hotel. It is ok. Clean and the location is not that bad but the price didn’t match the quality of the hotel. For the same price we could have a better place for sure, more beautiful

in a good location beach 5 mins away bars 10 mins
good holiday hotel in good location for exploring pattaya dolphin roundabout 10 mins walk away or you can get the hotels free shuttle bus that's were the bars and restaurants are and the bart buses where you can go into pattaya for 10 bhart there is a small beach 5 mins walk away in all a good hotel staff good

Nice Hotel Close to the Beach
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great choice at breakfast. Superb sea view. The remoteness of the hotel was compensated for by the free shuttle which was available 24 hours. Room was spacious.

Clean and comfortable room, but terrible service.
The hotel is in a nice location, not too far away from the action, however well secluded from the noisy part of the city. Room is clean, and bed is comfortable. However I have issue with lazy staffs that are simply not helpful. I had to carry my own luggages(and my GF's) from the parking lot all the way to the check-in counter, and on to the hotel room all by myself with zero aid. The staffs at the counter weren't even told me where the elevator is located. The room wifi was terrible and had to be reset constantly. Upon my initial complain on Hotel.com site, the hotel staff decided to call to apologize me at 8:00am, which practically woke us up for good.. quite stupid idea to apologize ai inappropriate hour.

In regards about you carrying your luggage by your own, we apologize as our bellboys also drive our free shuttle for the customer going in and out the hotel. Specially at night, the same time you had your check in. Our front staff actually gave you general information's about the hotel. And again we apologize if our duty manager had to call you early morning. We only assume that you are already awake as we had received your complain via Real Time Feedback (live feedback). Nice hotel near beach
Ten minutes walk to bars and restaurants two minutes to a quite beach . Plenty of taxi s to get around only 10 baht each hop on hop off whenever plenty to do lots of trips .

Refresh and pleasantly surprised welcomed staff.
My husband and I will stay Best Bella again If we come back to Pattaya beach town. Simply we felt good in spacious, clean room. It is very quiet and we do need to have a good night rest. The shuttle service is very good . We never have to wait long.
