Poor service, very rude staff.

Very poor and slow service . The staff is mostly rude. Average rooms based on the amount charged. Not recommended.

Friendly staff but poor hotel location

I spent 7days in this hotel, and found -Worse wifi connection in the living room. -Unchanged daily buffet breakfast, acceptable food quality yet very limited choices. -nice swimming -insufficient shower items

ビーチから遠い

Pros: ない
壁が薄く、インド人、酔っ払いのロシア人の声がうるさい。 (長期滞在している) シャトルバスがあってもきちんと巡回しておらず、ビーチまでの足がなく、不便。 朝の朝食ブッフェもインド料理とかでいまいち。

少し歩いてもいい方にお勧めです。

Pros: コンビニが近い。バイクタクシーがホテルの前にいる。(他より安かった)
Cons: チェックインするときホテルを探すのが少し困難でした。ドライバーが場所を分かってないため.. 大通りで看板を見て路地に入ったら、右側にラブホーみたいな照明がついているところです。
Location: バイク借りて駐車しました。無料です。
路地を歩いて大通りに出ます。出発のときはホテルの前にあるバイクタクシーを利用しました。 帰りの夜は大通りで降りて歩きました。 なぜかコンドームが3箱もありました。英語の発音はバンコクより聞き取りにくかったです。 ベランダに椅子とテーブルがあります。プールや夜景が見れます。 朝食も種類は少ないが野菜充実です。あ、ただ、歯磨き粉と歯ブラシ、リンスがありません。 すぐ目の前にファミリーマートがあります。

My favourite hotel in Pattaya

I have stayed at the Nova Hotel and Spa a few times now and always enjoyed my time at the hotel,great staff,great location and good service,only thing is price can be expensive and prices go up and down daily... Would stay again, they were doing some work on one of the room while I was there,I know this needs to be done and understand this,but sometimes the work began too early in the morning and so disturbed guests, Would stay again,still my favourite hotel,but this is down to great staff,hotel is good,staff are great

Comfortable stay and good service

Comfortable and clean room. The cons is property a bit far from tourist area but a shuttle bus provide every 30mins so not a big issue
