Only place to stay in Pattaya

Stayed in Pattaya a number of time now and after my first stay,I found this gem of a Hotel,great staff... Metta,Hong and Thai and all the staff always make me feel so very welcome doing all they can to make my visits perfect,now I book and I know I will arrive and be greeted with a warm smile and welcome,the hotel rooms are great and always very clean and luxurious,facilities are amazing and the food at the restaurant and bar is delicious, To be honest when I stay in Pattaya I only stay at this hotel..a home from home in luxury with amazing friendly staff,perfect...will return again and again

Very poor and slow service . The staff is mostly rude. Average rooms based on the amount charged. Not recommended.

My favourite hotel in Pattaya

I have stayed at the Nova Hotel and Spa a few times now and always enjoyed my time at the hotel,great staff,great location and good service,only thing is price can be expensive and prices go up and down daily... Would stay again, they were doing some work on one of the room while I was there,I know this needs to be done and understand this,but sometimes the work began too early in the morning and so disturbed guests, Would stay again,still my favourite hotel,but this is down to great staff,hotel is good,staff are great

Comfortable stay and good service

Comfortable and clean room. The cons is property a bit far from tourist area but a shuttle bus provide every 30mins so not a big issue

Good hotel, not elite! But value for money

Locations little far from action, and surrounding area not the greatest. But the hotel itself was good, staff very helpful and caring. Would stay again but if you want to be away from some of the slums then I would recommend to stay on pattaya hill, very nice around there. But would recommend this hotel. Value for money.
