Stay Away !!

Location: worst place
The bathroom was not clean and there was insects. The Staff and the policy is strange. We extend our stay for 2 days and the locked our door till we paid our extras from the Poolbar fromm 1.600 Baht. Its strange , cause the ha my CC and a deposit from me from 200 Euros (7.500 Baht.) Very strange policy to take the CC and a deposit and want to that the customer pay daily !!! Stay away from this place !

Thank you for your comment. We did not lock the door, it is done automatically when your original check out was set. I believe there has been a miss understanding as we need your room key to update the extra dates. All big hotel chains have the same policy with taking a guarantee with either credit card or cash. Your comment on the cleaning is noted and we have brought this up with our team. In our record we dont have any comments in our log book from your stay. Thank you again. Jonas S / General Manager

Stay away...

Location: the worst place in Pattaya

A Very Good Hotel, Well Worth the Stay

We stayed there for only four nights, but we easily could have stayed there longer. One review said it was great for families, and I was skeptical at first (being so close to soi 6), but was happily proven wrong. For families, it was well worth it (and well worth the price). Our room was clean and very spacious. Free breakfast was a bonus! Very helpful staff, especially helpful whenever the manager was around. The manager was European, and always present checking up on things, greeting and chatting to hotel patrons, asking how they were doing or how they were enjoying their stay, which was very nice and much appreciated. A very short walk from soi 6, so there were many bars down the road from the hotel if that's what you prefer. A short walk to beach road and many good restaurants. Shuttle bus available to take you to the Central Festival mall as well. The best part was the pool. Very relaxing to use in the afternoon, and in the morning after breakfast. A great way to spend the day, especially with their buy-1-get-1-free beer promotion! Rooms are very spacious, with balconies having a great view of the pool. We would definitely stay there once more if ever visiting Pattaya again. Highly recommended!

Centara have a good name this hotel was one of its lowest qualities

The staff are awesome

The staff in this hotel are superb, never experienced such friendly staff and I've stayed in Thailand many times, the manager upgraded me to more suitable room as I was with my son, I can't speak more highly of her and her staff, just fabulous

This hotel has a diverse buffet and is close to the beach and transportation.the staff remembered me which also felt good.

Management sadly let it down

Couldn't fault staff cleanliness service food etc byt unfortunately management turned a blind eye to it being used as a brothel. Gangs of men residing at the hotel congregating at entrance made you feel intimidated. We have been to Thailand many times but but not experienced any thing like that in a 4* hotel
