Great customer service but poor room cleanliness

I stayed between 18 June and 20 June for two nights. When I first arrived the room, overall is all right and okay. However, the nightmare started in the day before. I went inside the room and turn on the night as well as go to the toilet, there were lots of ants (I think more than thousands) in the restroom. I also found an ant sinus near the toilet seat and the tank. Thus, the cleanliness really need to take huge improvements.
