It was because it was such good value for money, just £30 for a night, that we booked this hotel. And the room was large, comfortable and clean. But, the staff were not at all friendly or welcoming. Neither were we warned, by Expedia, that we would have to pay a security deposit on arrival in cash.

Breakfast buffet was very good. All staff were helpful and kind. The pool was great. Room needed some work as bed was very hard, needed a good cleaning (light swiches, etc), and no where to hang bath towels. Good location, close to Walking Street.

While we weren’t expecting a 5-star hotel, we do expect nice clean towels. The towel are very old and rough. Seems like they’re more than 20 years old. It was very disappointing.

Liked the girls doing the breakfast, they were sweet. I paid for breakfast, but found the buffet was always crowded, sometimes I couldn't get a table. Plus there was no a/c for the breakfast, it always hot in there. I used to go out for breakfast. The girls on reception were a little cold I thought. Always on theircphone.

The hotel is in a good location, near soi Lk Metro and Tree Town and 15 mins walk to Walking street. The only thing is that you can't book any trips at the hotel you have to go out and find an agent.

Only one Keycard for 2 persons is ridiculous. Ask for second one: sorry no have. Gym is tiny and does have a very very poor equipment. Pool also tiny with only three yes right three sunbirds.

Really nice hotel
Great hotel staff were really nice helpful and friendly hotel was spotlessly clean and rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard Wi-Fi was really good also and really comfortable beds got a good night's sleep and was quiet also, can't fault the hotel will be back again for sure.
