Very nice and great location

It was a very nice hotel, although in our guest room the bathroom doors did not close completely. The view on the other hand was nice.

Nice hotel - gossiping staff

We spent HM, The King's birthday in Pattaya and enjoyed our stay. My husband (Thai citizen) and I visited the Executive Lounge (34th floor) several times. The staff speaks English in the presence of guests, but my husband heard on three occasions how the staff was gossiping in Thai language about "farang"guests in a very rude manor. Especially the presence of a Ladyboy raised the staffs attention for gossiping and laughter. My husband wasn't sure if she was aware of it or not. That's why we are mentioning this incident here. The staff didn't act professionally and it's really discriminating.

Not a five star Hotel more like a Two star Hotel

Would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel . How they rate this hotel as a five star is beyond me . Anyone thinking about staying there you are better of keeping your money in your wallet. I don't have a good word to say about the people how work there they are clueless.

Great hotel and a relaxing stay

Pros: The spa was excellent.
Location: Top location. Close to the beach and sits on top of a shopping mall
Had 11 night stay in twin bed room plus breakfast. Everything was good, no problems. Fully recommend and will be back soon.

nice hotel closed to the shopping mall

the light system is poor. For example, three light bulbs in our room didn't work, the bed sheet on our room have dirty mark. the water temputure on shower is not stable.

The Hotel location and room both are good

Cons: The price cheaper
The Hotel room and location is good but the price is too expansive. it expansive than the other hotel in Pattaya 100% to 500%. But the location is very good just on the top of the big shopping mall.

Over rated

Pros: The best thing about the Hilton Pattaya is it's location directly over the main shopping centre.
Cons: Room service. Breakfast service. Room maintenance. Maybe add some life to the foyer spaces to make it less like a hospital.
Location: Shopping in every direction.
A disappointing experience as we expected so much more from a Hilton hotel. The term "fashion over form" comes to mind. Extremes of either bright stark sterile public areas to dark, dim walk-ways to eating spaces. Lack lustre room service that would arrive any time between 11 and 4 (if you were lucky). We had days where we had been out of the room for 6 hours only to return in the afternoon to find the room not made up. The room had a quirky bathroom arrangement where the toilet and shower doors wouldn't close completely. You also had to leave one or the other open as it was just one sliding door? Very odd. The sliding door to the balcony was too heavy for my wife to slide. Most power outlets struggled to hold plugs and a final annoyance was the rationing of bacon at breakfast. I have never experienced this before but the bacon was kept behind a counter and was only supplied (1 rasher at a time) upon request. Now that appears odd to me. We travel yearly to Thailand and would recommend Marriot or Holiday Inn over this property.
