The LK Legend was very nice, very large room.
My only complaint is the pillows were terrible, very hard. They should be replaced.

Well originally I wanted to give it a 1 star, location - it’s far away from everything, a 4 star hotel had black mold, not working safe, WiFi, outlets, the place is not up kept and outdated, however the front desk lady was amazing. Surprisingly as service in Thailand often is mediocre. She went above and beyond to get out of our reservation and concerned about our complains. She upgraded us for free to a beautiful newer room, but it had black mold. Also when I booked the taxes and fees weren’t shown, to my surprise they were as much as room rates ( usually it’s only 7-10%) but it was too late.

Bad Ergonomic
This hotel location is far away from anything. The bathroom sink is design badly that you have to be at least 7 foot tall to reach it. Bad ergonomic to say the least. complete amature in design. I will never repeat with this hotel.

Spacious room but very tacky decors. You have to be 7-foot tall to use the bathroom sink. I can hear people talking next room. It is far away from everything. I would not repeat here.

The coffee shop staffs are rude and lazy , not get us tea not helpful for setting up table for 9 of us. The rooms air conditioning water dripping a lot .

21-26 October
We (me wife and daughter) stayed for 5 nights. Our original booking was for a Studio (Triple) but after we settled into the room we realized the air conditioning was not working. After notifying the front desk the maintenance man was there within minutes to troubleshoot, When he determined it would take too long to repair we had to change rooms but they gave us an upgrade Suite for the rest of our stay. Breakfast buffet was good and unlike most places they stayed open til 11am. The hotel was hard to find because it is kind of out of the way of main roads. Staff was friendly, pool and gym was good. Wi fi had good signal throughout.

Quiet Service Hotel. Very big area.
I book a big suite for my family with 3 rooms. Your website said for 6 to 8 persons. I registered 6 adults and did not registered my younger son. The hotel insists i must pay 750baths for 1 more person. I response that i pay premium rate why should i? No payment no stay. I am absolutely not happy.

horrible management makes horrible hotel
When I arrived, there was no one at the front gate and no one to greet arriving guests in the drop off area. After carrying my luggage around awhile looking for the lobby, I attempted to telephone the hotel number on my reservation email – BUT NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE! I called Expedia and they directed me to building C, my call was interrupted by a security guard who asked me my room number and I said I didn’t have one yet; he ordered me to leave the property immediately! I did not leave and finally found the lobby and was informed they had no one bedrooms. They offered me a 2 bedroom but said I would have to move after the first night – I refused. The room was dirty and dated– the showers were filthy and I had to clean before I took a shower. The internet didn’t work well. There are several glasses in the room, but all are miniscule. The air conditioning is not effective and you must stand within a few feet of the unit before the remote control works. Toilets don’t flush properly. Electric outlets in the bedroom are only accessible if you move the beds around. I didn’t get room service on the day I was here; I was in the room for an hour and apparently that was my designated time so was not serviced. This is the only hotel in the room that doesn’t provide a bar of soap. I went to the desk and asked about soap – she gave me shampoo and bath wash – not nearly the same thing as soap. The pool is half finished. Hotel in the middle of nowhere

A good hotel for families with a great pool
I was staying at the LK Legend with my family. Like other LK hotels I have stayed in previously the room was very large having two bedrooms, two bathrooms and additional toilet. The living area was also a good size and contained a sitting area with sofa and arm chair, dining table for 4 people and a good sized kitchenette. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard The very large swimming pool was excellent with good sized shallow area for young children and a large deeper area for those who actually want to swim. The pool and surrounding areas were tidy and well maintained. Like all hotels I have stayed in when visiting Thailand, the maintenance tends to be reactive and not proactive and we did need to visit reception a couple of times regarding issues with the room. However, everything was dealt with promptly and politely. I knocked one point off of the condition score because I think a thorough check of the room prior to our arrival would have spotted these problems. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a range of food from Thai to continental pastries available each morning. There were two things that detracted from the stay: Firstly the onsite restaurant and pool bar was closed for our entire stay. Secondly the hotel is situated on a very narrow but busy road. This made walking to the many nearby street food sellers and shops tricky and potentially dangerous with young children. All in all a very enjoyable stay and we would happily stay again.

Pool great. Staff most of them miserable. Cleaning staff always looking to cut corners and one day didn't bother to clean our room at all. Breakfast very average if not below average for the money we paid per night for four of us.

Good and spacious room and good facilities. Big swimming pool. It is good for family with car. If you dont have car, there will be extra charges for transportation because it is located inside from the main road.

wonderful hotel with large pool.
wonderful experience hubby and i celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary there and we were so glad we picked L K LEDGEN. Close to major shopping centre just a short walk down a very busy narrow street but the atmosphere was exciting. They organized a tour for us and airport pick up and return was on time. The staff was very friendly and we also made new friends from all over the world who happen to stay there every year aroound the same time for the past 15 years so we are thinking about going back as well. We were also upgraded from a studio room to a superior room we were so happy.

Second visit to this hotel and wish to visit again
Tucked away in a quiet back street, this hotel is super for small or large groups. It is spacious and has a lovely pool area. The WiFi is a little slow however the staff are super and keen to please. The breakfast was fine and relatively healthy. Thanks a bunch.

Quiet hotel, but far from city.
Located far from the bustling city, the hotel is a quiet, tranquil place. However, this meant that we sacrificed convenience for quietness, a trade off that not everyone would like to make. The bedded family room was big with two king and two queen beds, enough for an extended family to live in. The three toilets also meant that we did not have to wait for each other to shower, saving us time.

A very enjoyable stay
I spent eleven nights at the Legend and really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and this was only spoilt on checking out when a non regular receptionist said that I hadn't paid my laundry bill. I knew I had but this reception "lady" kept insisting I paid (again!) I refused, but this put a damper on my departure from such a good hotel.

The outside environment of this hotel is nice! But the inside including rooms, lobby and lift are quite old. And the location is not convenience to get to the beach and shopping mall.

Staff were unfriendly. There is no room service. Breakfast was ok. Poll was nice. Very ibcobvenient for transport. It is away from the beach. Each taxi trip (one way was 300 Bhat) Was not satisfied with tge internet access as it was only available in the lobby. No proper restaurant or food either. Won't go back.

Beautiful complex
Good Location, very central. Beautiful apartments. Lovely pool. However, Gym equipment & some of the fixtures in the apartment were badly in need of repairs. The french windows in a couple of rooms could not be locked. The shower cubicle door sealant leaked water into the whole bathroom floor..... So I would say Maintainence - needs great improvement. The Buffet Breakfast Hall could do with some insect zappers to prevent flies from feasting on the salads. Overall the staff were nice & the beautiful surroundings made up for these short-comings. Pleasant stay!
