I was a little dubious upon arrival, but in a short time that dissipated. The hotel is quiet and they keep it very clean. The staff was totally awesome. I had to have them address a situation and they did so expediently. I would stay again.

Room was large. When you arrive in the evening it is dark and almost deserted. Staff was polite and helpful. Changed things after the second night because of noise, there was a beer bar complex below the balcony. Water temperature in the shower is not consistent, either too hot or cold, you have to constantly adjust the cold water.

Was an older clean hotel, just was not in the greatest of locations down a side road off the main road and did not have any dining unless you walked to find it.

Great hotel find
Hotel was slightly off the beaten track which made it quiet. The location was perfect. Easy access to all the action and the beach. Staff could not be friendlier.

I have always stayed at this hotel. Overall I can’t complain about minor issues as this you have to live with. But on the day of checkout the hotel wanted me or my friend to pay 500baht for pool towel which was missing from a room, obviously the cleaner has taken all towels and forgot to replace 1 of the pool towels back in the room. All rooms should have 2 Green pool towels, but on the 3rd night of stay the cleaner didn’t replace 1 of the towels in the room, and then claiming us to pay 500baht. Not acceptable and we didn’t pay as the mistake is from the cleaners side, as it’s a different cleaner everyday, wasted 30 mins of our time, when we had plans to have breakfast before our taxi arrives.

Great mid range hotel
Love this place, great location, staff, rooms and pool, have stayed before and will stay again. Rooms are spacious and well appointed, and the pool get the sun most of the day. Check in was painless as was check out, Recommended

Loved the pool, loved the staff, building is a little dated from the outside but im not here to stare at the building so overall im extremely satisfied. The cleaning staff are amazing

If you have 2 guest coming to your room even during the day for whatever reason you need to pay extra 500 baht for the 3d person to be able to enter your room. It’s ok, but it is not nice feeling when you need to pay for nothing. The cleaning is also 2 star quality.. they only change sheets and put new towels. They do not take any garbage away, do not clean the floors... if you have some sand on the floor or totally wet and dirty floor on the balcony it will stay exactly the same after the cleaning..I was there for more then a week and it was the same the whole week, not even ones they clean it.. also the water in the both room kept getting cold in less then a minute after you start it and you have to turn it off and start again for it to become hot again.. the location is pretty good.. very convenient.. the stuff is polite and nice... 3 star over all.. definitely could be better.. it’s ok.. I had good time..

Great Rooms, Great Staff
Great staff as always at an LK property. I think the pool could be open a little later at night and the housekeeping service can be hit and miss depending on who is assigned to your room.

The hotel room was a good size and clean. The bed was large and comfortable. You can't sit on the balcony as the air con unit pumps out hot air onto it. The staff were all very helpful and polite except for the lady boy in reception who was rude, both to me and others.

Guest friendly hotel with attentive staff, have stayed with LK before. Unfortunately drain in shower did not work properly so had to have 2 min showers otherwise bathroom flooded. Not really bothered to complain.

Great place to stay.
Always stay here or LK Suites up the road. Have stayed here for many years, sometimes 4 times per year. Like the bigger rooms available. Big lounge room, and seperate kitchen. Very quiet, ,7 eleven, familymart 50 mtrs.

Lk royal wing is not as busy as others in this chain and does not have breakfast or restaurant on premise you have to use lk royal suite. Standard of rooms are greatcand a plus is the huge rooftop pool which is hardly used you can actually swim lenghts its clean and nice

The property was quiet. The room was clean and the maids were awesome. The furniture was worn and the exterior of the building needs a touch up. The rooftop pool was amazing. Close distance to various points of interest. The beach could be a 7 to 15 minute walk depending on your fitness level. Would definitely stay there again.

The front desk staff was ok. The housekeeper for my fro was always present and did a great job in keeping my room clean and stocked. The property needs some preventive maintenance I have a balcony suite and as I was sitting out there I could see large cracks in the stucco above. The area is quiet and overall I would stay here again.

Good hotel great staff.
Really good hotel stayed at a few LK’s and I really like this. The room was big and cleaned daily. Housekeeping was good. Good location really good pool and have access to the gym in the Royal Suite hotel. The receptionist was amazing, had a leaking air con unit and they moved me straight away to another room. Can’t fault them at all.

was a problem at check in as i made a mistake with the booking as i flew on the 14th arrived on the 15th and booked at 14th so arrived day late and they said they had cancelled and returned the money to expedia i said i paid for 14 night and the money was non refundable anyway after 20 minutes of negotiating they agreed and was able to check in to the room i specifically booked 5506 after that the stay was excellent

Might look for a new hotel next trip.
Affordable room, really like the kitchenette, roomy. Can get a bit noisy from nearby bars, only lukewarm water in the shower. Rainfall shower was leaking at hand-held valve and didn’t work very good. Housekeeping staff does a great job. Internet is intermittent and needs to be upgraded. Location is a plus - close to everything.
