Very happy with the hotel, bad Spazio restaurant
The overall stay was very nice. Friendly and helpful staff, good service, they all work to make you feel good. I was unhappy with the Italian "Spazio" restaurant : bad service (and we were only 2 customers), expensive and the music was so loud that it was uncomfortable.

As a world traveller, i have been to many hotels in various destinations. This hotel was perfect from check in to check out, cleanness, amenities, hotel condition and location and the staff was perfect! Pattaya is known by its night life but if you are looking for a place to be away from the noise this place is heaven on earth! I would recommend pool access room!

Neutral feeling about this hotel.
The exterior of this hotel is amazing; however, when we first walked in, it smelled like cigarette smoke or as if the room was enclosed for a long time. The coolest part about the room was the see through ground to the pool. Their room service ends at 23:00, which sucks for us arriving to the hotel overnight due to a long flight. In addition, this hotel is not close to everything. So make sure to get a grab (uber) or a taxi.
