Family orientated, clean, homely and special.Posted Oct 10, 2016 on Hotels
I was so pleased I picked the Bradford House B&B. I prefer small towns, and have driven from LA on September 2nd, across America, and was thrilled to stumble on this town and accomodation.

This old farmhouse is attractive, but there is no fire escape from the bedrooms. It sits back from the road so does not look like the photo until you find the driveway and locate the house and barn. The breakfast was good. The owners are pleasant and helpful.

Perfect Foliage GetawayPosted Oct 12, 2011 on Hotels
My husband and I celebrated my Columbus Day birthday with a getaway to Baxter State Park. The Bradford House was a perfect jumping-off point for our stay. We were greeted warmly by Steve and Filena and introduced to "Alice" the antique wood-burning cookstove on which Filena still cooks. Our room was well-appointed and the bed extremely comfortable; one request would have been for two bedside reading lamps instead of one. Since most Patten restaurants close after Labor Day, Filena offered to cook us dinner and it was delicious -- mostly veggies from her garden and even a pork chop from her own pig! Breakfast was equally hearty and tasty. The barn is a must-see. We truly felt we had stepped back into a bygone era by choosing to stay at the Bradford House.
