We are travel with small pet got 2 floor we can hear everything from upstairs and room beside us the bed was sinkhole I’m 135lb and I have to use my leg block my dog not to slide of the bed staff was friendly the location was good

Liked the fact that we could charge our Tesla in the parking lot. Liked the fact that it was very close to the place that we were scheduled to tour. Was surprised that the advertised breakfast was a tiny bag of items that were snacks, not a breakfast. Was not told about the $50 deposit until arriving. The keys to the room did not always work. The sudden blast of air every time we used the side entrance nearly was strange and disturbing.

The service in checking in and out is so bad 👎 and the sheets have spots room looks not clean they tall you breakfast included but no breakfast only bugs with stupid snacks.

It’s convenient right off of i5. Closely surrounded by several restaurants, gas, grocery, and coffee shops. Well kept grounds and rooms minus a few missing housekeeping items, but overall really nice for the price.

For one thing, get rid of the stupid plastic barriers. The viruses are air borne nothing you can do to stop air movement. The younger women who checked me in had blue hair and had zero guest service skills. She told me nothing about where my room was or where the elevators location, she just walked away.

Hotel is located centrally in the middle of several food and dining areas in walkable distance. Very nicely Christmas decorated which my 5-year-old loved. Pool and jacuzzi area were advised to not use because they do not service them during this time of year. They also don't budge on early check in.

Stayed here for a nice weekend and it was one of the most peaceful stays I’ve ever had with my husband. Not a lot you can come around but it has such close food places, you can literally walk to it without driving and parking was simple and convenient. Lot of places are extra about parking and fees and whatnot but this place just gave you that vibe where you can stay with no complications! Will definitely come stay again!

Front desk was less than welcoming. No instructions on arrival because printer allegedly broken. No request for vehicle description, no direction to the elevator and when asking for instructions you're greeted with "What's Up?" Won't be staying here on our return trip.

Avoid this hotel like the plague. Over last five plus years it got so rundown and they don’t care about long-time guests. They gave me room right above the DJ party area, this is completely unacceptable And they refused to give me a refund or change rooms. I would never stay here again.

Everything was clean and in good shape. Only problem we had was closing the bathroom door. You really had to pull it to get it to close. Other than that it was a nice stay.
