"What a comfortable hotel in a perfect location! Plus the owners are warm, wonderful and helpful people. Be sure to have pizza at Osteria Antica across the street. And if you are shopping for silver that is not same-same, speak with the hotel's owner. "

"Las camas y almohadas incomodas. Habitaciones amplias y con calefacción (que eso estuvo bueno)
En general el hotel bien antiguo.
Desayuno contundente.
No te permiten pasar a las instalaciones de piscina y parrilla a menos de que pagues un adicional, eso estuvo pésimo. "

"Nice room and the hotel is in a great location. Only complaint is that the shower was cold. Talked to reception and they had ran out of gas. They replaced the gas cylinder but it was still cold."

"The location to this hotel is very nice, walking distance to the main square and the views from the balcony rooms are beautiful. The photos are nicer than the actual hotel itself and the balconies are small with no chairs like the photos suggest. There is no heating available and I only had hot water for half of my stay there which was upsetting since it was very cold. However the bed was comfortable enough ,it was clean, but an older room and the staff is nice. To get into the building you...

"We were here for one night to help us acclimate to the altitude prior to exploring Cusco. The hotel was well kept and clean and the service was very good. It was a rustic property, quaint and charming in its own way. The courtyard was very nice and you had a great view for breakfast."
"I can recommend this sanctuary of a hotel for the beauty, service, breakfast , comfortable bed, sound of the river, trail behind the hotel and the bathtub ( a rare find in the sacred valley. Frank and Lyda were attentive and helpful. They went out of their way for us. I absolutely love room 3, which is on the second floor with a gorgeous view of the river. Frank cools delicious eggs and the fresh bread varies. There is fresh juice and the view of the trees is lovely. The room was very clean all three times, and there is a skylight over the bathtub. The bathroom is very pretty and there are good pillows. The room is spacious, and Frank ( and the entire staff) ensure you have all you need . "
"Amazing room with hot tub two beds at different levels which creates a feeling of privacy without being in separate rooms. We went with our two small children and they had the most awesome pack and play for our baby. Food was delicious! The whole place is a dream and the spa was fantastic!"
"Great little inn with a custom made breakfast, helpful staff, and quiet and 1 block off the main street. 5 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas. Perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND."
"Lovely little hotel. We had the clean, comfortable, modern, front room with balcony over the street and beautiful mountain view through double sliding glass doors. Two double beds, and nice, clean, modern bathroom. Great service as well!"
"We had an amazing week long stay at Gustavo’s house in Lamay. The house and property are unique and beautiful and located in a stunning valley surrounded by mountains. One of the many mountain rivers that feed the Urubamba runs right through the beautifully designed and maintained grounds. Gustavo’s communication and attention to detail is excellent, he supplied us with fantastic information throughout our trip planning and supported us as flight cancellations altered our plans. He made sure we were comfortable with every aspect of the house and property when we arrived and was always quick to reply whenever I reached out to him.Whatever requests we had throughout the trip were quickly handled by Gustavo, Sharme and Lalo. Sharme’s cooking is fantastic and we enjoyed delicious breakfasts and dinners throughout our stay. Her management of the house and property is equally skillful. Lalo drove us all around the Sacred Valley, taking us to the major sites but also using his extensive knowledge to show us some less well known spots that we never would have seen otherwise. Lalo was a great resource and guide, all of his recommendations were excellent and the whole family enjoyed all of our day trips. The care and attention taken by the team to support and welcome us, coupled with the transcendent beauty of the Sacred Valley made this an unforgettable stay and one that I would strongly recommend to anyone who is headed to the Cusco area."
