The gal who checked us in, i believe kalene, was great! Very friendly. The property is old but clean. The pillows were comfy & beds were pretty good too. My kids loved the pool & hot tub. Would stay here again.

The hotel was adequate for our needs but quite close to the i15 which was so what affected by traffic noise.

The other people. The person staying in the room next to us, had 2 pitbulls. They seemed aggressive, which he had no control over his dogs. Thought the pitbull was going to eat my 2 lb Yorkie. Next to us and across people were noisy all night. Paper thin walls. Area felt a little unsafe. Only stayed 1 night even though I paid for 2 nights.

Good value, clean property, OK breakfast. The only thing that was negative was no elevator to our second floor room. My wife had torn her achilles tendon so made access somewhat difficult.

Unplanned stop due to snow stor.
Hotels listed three room options. Under stress, I thought I picked the correct one with two beds for our family. The hotel staff said hotels.com reserved a room with one bed and they could not change or swap despite that it was 9PM and the hotel nearly empty. It was irritating that yhe were unwilling to adjust. They offered a roll away for an extra $20. I finally requested Hotels.com cancel the reservation. The Hotwl then offered the two bed room for $30 more. The advertised prices were the same for all rooms. I found them very unhospitable.

Unfortunately when rooms are booked through 3rd party sites our staff can not make changes to them without going through the same 3rd party site to get the changes approved. Plumbing was horrible, shower didn’t drain, toilet would back up, front desk people were zombies with no eye contact and horrible body order. Hotel very outdated, sauna didn’t work.

Better than expected stay!
Helpful staff. Hotel was very nicely done for the holidays. Big Christmas tree and fireplace was lit. Room and hotel in general was reasonably clean and neat. We made use of the refrigerator and microwave. We didn't expect a daily complementary breakfast - it was a pleasant surprise!

When I arrived ro check in after a SHORT notice reservation, the young clerk was working on a complicated guest check in. There were a few of us in line, and he addressed all of us in a totally Professional manner and handled business. A high quality employee-he took care of things efficiently, effectively, with a smile. He deserves raise, because he males you BANK.
