A spacious layout featuring 5 bedrooms , 3 bath, Living Room and Master Bedroom Fireplaces. Plenty of Fun with Activities and games, Corn Hole, Air Hockey, Foosball & Video games. Whether you are looking for a little family getaway or hosting a retreat, this is a perfect space to play, relax, find peace and recharge. The space Open Kitchen Living Room/ Upstairs Living Room w/ Electric Fireplace Downstairs Living Room, Game Room, TV, movies Master Bedroom - 1 King , Electric Fireplace in Master as well. Bedroom 1 - 1 King Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen Bedroom 3 - 3 Queens Bedroom 4 - Spacious Room with 2 Queens, 1 King, 1 Twin Futon - this room also has TV, Xbox Video game Console Garage has AirHockey Table Upstairs Outside Patio- Table for 4, Sitting area in front of Master bedroom w/ seating for 2, Outdoor Grill Downstairs Patio - Table for 4-6, Cornhole Games Guest access Host will send an email the day prior to check in with all your instructions for accessing the home. You will be given a unique code to access the front door keypad. This is good for YOUR stay only. The code is on a timer and will only work during YOUR stay. Other things to note 1\. FOODS We ask that any foods that are especially strong and odorous be cooked outside on the grill instead of inside the home (i.e Fish, Curries, etc) Disposable Pans are provided in the grill area to for your convience to accomodate this request. 2\. NO PETS allowed We love furbabies too, but due to our own family's SEVERE Allergies we cannot accomodate a pet request. \*Due to this severe health concern, we take this very seriously and you may be asked to leave the property and an addtional $500 Pet Cleaning Fee will be added if this House rule is broken. 3\.
