Hallways have a weird smell. Our room didn’t come with a fridge although this was advertise to have one. I had to go to the front desk, explain I was traveling with a toddler that needed milk refrigerated. They eventually found a fridge to bring up to the room. But my initial options were to use the fridge in the lobby or upgrade the room to one that had a fridge. Based on the room/hotel descriptions while booking I assumed all came with a fridge.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. Our property does have fridges in our suites, but our standard rooms currently do not have this. We do have other options such as a fridge at the front desk, and additional fridges available upon availability. Between now and the Spring 2020 all of our rooms will be equipped with fridges as part of our upgrade. We hope to welcome you back soon!

Hotel is right in between rt. 1 and 95, and 128 a minute away. Hotel needs to be updated. Drop ceilings in hallway, mildew on bathroom ceilings. Nothing exciting here. Power lines in back hummed all night. Got the job done, but with little excitement. More like a 2 star hotel.

Overall the facility was very nice and clean. However our room had wet spots in the floor and smelled like a wet dog. The carpet in the hallway was also wet and soggy. Other than that the room was clean, The beds were comfortable and it was quiet.

Looks much better in photos than it actually is. Staff was very friendly though.

what i found unique was the dirty bathroom someones dirty underware on the floor called front desk no response went to front desk was told someone would come up but after 2 hrs went back to front desk and finally they came to clean. then went to tske a shower and no hot water called desk 3 times no response went down desk was empty for about 25 min as staff was on smoke break. finally in the morninf there was hot water but desk gave attitude as i went to complain about night shift.
