Cons: Some areas still under construction.
Nice property. Recently updated. Very comfortable rooms. I would return.

Amazing staff at the restaurant. Even called our concert venue to help us make accommodations because of bad weather.

Need improvement

The receptionist was not friendly. She kept going around in circles, she did not know what she was doing, kept saying my card was declined (it wasn't) and was trying to get me to swipe again when it was an error on her part. She eventually gave us the room key after she fixed her own mistake (I didn't swipe twice) and I asked about the suites (she assumed I was talking about candy and was already directing me to a vending machine) and she just kept saying they were more expensive. Our family travels each year for a car event that takes place in march and we like how safe and honey it feels. The bartender was very friendly and most attentive person on the whole place. The room we got which was 1st floor was even having construction being done a few rooms away,it literally smelled like chicken farm. I was dissatisfied. We keep asking for a suit because the little ones need more space and we don't mind paying an extra hundred to have our kids comfortable. We stayed there for 2 nights one day.

Had a nice stay. Heated pool. Liked the room. Some construction and remodelling going on. Housekeeping needs to ensure fridge is cleaned. I would stay there again.

Construction and toilets wouldn't flush.

We had a room where construction was going on. Mattresses where all outside. Ruins the view. Then the toilet wouldn't flush and the shower head was to low for my son which he is 5'11. Waste of my money.

double charged!

Crown hotel charged for my staying duplicated, which I already paid for the room through hotels.com Air Conditioner is loud in quiet environment.

Very friendly and accommodating

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was very large and had everything we needed. The only problem is that our room wasn't cleaned daily.
