last ski opportunity for the year

Pros: great facility, many options and convenient
Cons: continue to update, getting dated but you can see efforts are in place
Enjoyed the room and facility. Hotel staff was excellent after the check in. The new person who helped us at check in was a little inexperienced and not very knowledgeable but I ma sure as time goes on she will do fine. Very polite!! Hotel was wonderful as always, getting a little dated but it seems there is constant maintenance going on. Would love to return in the future!

Nice slope side hotel. all the amenities you may want (hot tubs, pool, spa, ski shop, lessons, walk to lifts, non-skiing family can watch the action from indoors or out, bars; slope side BBQ, nice restaurants). also easy to get to town & back with free hotel shuttle or local free buses. i'll be back!

DIRE need of an update - facilities & attitudes

Pros: Great ski in/out location
Cons: Just about everything (pls read above)
We stay in mountain properties frequently and can honestly state Beaver Run Resort is a (negative) outlier. Property needs 'major love' and basic attention to detail in day to day upkeep. Absolutely no pride in how they maintain this place. The front desk staff and shuttle driver were great. Wish the property had more of that spirit. WIll not stay here again until new leadership takes over the property. Disappointing end to our ski season.

Cons: Elevators Food somewhere after 9 Maid service
The elevators in building 4 were broken No towel and cleanup service No food anywhere after 9

Pros: Proximity to ski hill, free shuttle to town, size of room
Cons: Better signage Update, remodel rooms
Location: Obviously the skiing is amazing and the town is a must visit - so many options as far as shopping and restaurants -LOVED those things!
It was very hard to find our way around this resort - even the signs were very unhelpful. I had read other reviews ahead of time about rooms being outdated and thought I could look past that in exchange for the proximity to the ski hill, but it was hard - everything was so old and our room had a strange smell -BUT, I do have to say that it was very clean.

Not worth the price

It was ok, but not worth the price per night. I’ve stayed all around the world and this hotel is overpriced for what you get.

My family has been to Beaver Run 3 years now and this year was the best! We have been staying in the smaller rooms without the full kitchen - until this year. We stayed in the 2 story suite in building 1 and it was great! Fireplace, balcony over looking lift, full kitchen with tons of cutlery and pots/pans. With a 4 person family it can get crowded quick but this room was perfect - even for our 7 day stay. The 1 BR suite is definitely the way to go! Can't wait until next year.

Nice ski in and out, great for kids, indoor pool

Outdated, although they turn over the beds, they don’t turn over the sofa beds; that doesn’t make any sense, they are been used the same way as beds !!!!

Excellent Ski In Ski Out...

First time to Beaver Run. Staff very friendly and attentive. The few issues we had, maintenance was very prompt and friendly. Highly recommend. Just steps to the snow. can’t go wrong.
