Location is convenient, but some things in the room need to be upgraded. Toilet did not flush I had to remove cover and adjust the handle connection to the flapper. I did not sleep well because the heating system is so noisy.

Attempted to use keys upon check in and were given a room that was still occupied. Corrected the mistake and gave us free breakfast coupon. Room we did get was noisy from heating/ac fan. Loudest humming from unit- all night long. Turned off the fan but it got stuffy in the room. Had to turn it back on and listen all night. Otherwise, bar staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Premises and rooms are roomy and clean. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Might consider staying again.

We booked the king room, stayed for a wedding, website indicated that the room would have a mini refrigerator, did not have one or a microwave the king bed; not so great; it was very low to the ground and very uncomfortable

Hvac is insanely loud in the room, even when not heating or cooling with just noise from other rooms. Difficult to get any sleep

The accommodations were fine. I am in a wheelchair so I needed handicap accessible. The bathroom was well equipped except there was a tub and not a shower. Consequently I was unable to use the shower. They should have rooms where the shower is wheelchair accessible.

I stayed overnight Christmas Eve and the restaurant and bar were closed. Although the property is very nice, I was disappointed there were hardly any festive holiday decorations.

The old heating and cooling system is out of control. Every 15 minutes I had an airplane starting up and taking off. Not ideal for light sleepers.
