We are sorry to hear about the weed smell in the elevator and the dirty toilet in your room. We will continue to work to identify and stop anyone who is smoking in our hotel since this is against our hotel policy and we know it disturbs our other guests. We have reviewed the issue with the dirty toilet with our housekeeping staff to ensure that this does not happen again.
