Awesome resort

Awesome place staff is great defiantly stay here every time we come down to Cabo's good alcohol selection and great food for an all inclusive the only negative was the service at the steakhouse it was very very slow but we love the Pacifica

Okay resort

Location: Good location
This resort isn't great or terrible it's just okay. The food was good most of the time, some was bad though. Both pools were very cold The service was slow and nice but not as friendly as other resorts. We had some issues with the room that were fixed our last night there. If we'd had paid less, I would of thought we got what we paid for, but that is not the case.

Immaculately groomed & relaxing

Overall great experience. Would definitely go back for a relaxing trip where I just wanted to enjoy perfect weather and scenic views. Food was good for an all-inclusive, particularly breakfast, but remember it's still an all-inclusive, so they cut some corners around lunches and slow service poolside. Frozen cocktail type drinks were watered down but good (except the pina colada mix which was bizarrely bad), but staff was always happy to give me a double if I asked.

Beautiful private resort

My wife and I just returned from a weeks stay. What a beautiful place. We highly recommend this resort for people who want top shelf treatment and comforts. All inclusive is the way to go!

Very nice hotel

Pros: Safe hotel, beautiful resort, close to beach.
Cons: More dining options
First time we stayed at an all inclusive and enjoyed every minute of it.

food poison sick three of the six nights we stayed

Pros: Manuel the bartender
Cons: food handling and storage.
Location: the location does not lend itself to leaving the "compound". Once there, be prepared to be sick and not be able to leave.
Day one we were forced to attend time share presentation before they would give us our wrist band. Day two we were treated to a time share 60 min presentation that took 4 hours. Got sick this night. Day three wife was sick again with stomach issues. Day four we had our anniversary dinner on the beach. With in two hours I was violently sick with food poison. Day five, laid in bed all day and refused to eat. Day six, never so happy to be released from this hell hole and allowed to go home.

We provide ongoing training to our staff, kitchens, warehouses, and suppliers, guaranteeing the use of only products with the best quality. We will continue to comply to strict sanitation regulations and ensure that our staff uses the absolute care when handling food. We strive to always improve our standards and the excellent service we provide daily.
