Best part is the view from the Villas. The facility is dated and needs a refresh. The check in staff and operators were marginally helpful. Dining options at Montechrsito are limited. You must go to other properties for options. You cannot Uber to or from your Villa as Uber is not allowed on property. You have to take a $20 cab ride one mile to the front gate then wait in Uber.

The property is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The area where the property is located is
Not the best, but they seem to have good security. The food and restaurants were very good. The all inclusive was worth it for us.
My biggest complaint was the beds. They were very firm and hard. I could not sleep the first two nights. Also the sleeper sofa is worse than the beds.

Property was beautiful but just did not meet expectations. Food was average at best. Not a lot of seating by the pools. Drinks were good at the bars but overall just not my favorite place.

"We really liked the hotel and were lucky to get a room on the 8th floor with the most stunning view ..
the lobby and the hotel is very modern and looks better than on pictures
the staff were very nice (specially Omar and Louisa ) views from the restaurants are amazing and everything exceeded our expectations.. food was also delicious and surprised us in a good way.. so tipping and signing bills after each dining wasn’t a big deal for us ..
entertainment was great.. playground for kids is great - just be aware the kids club is from age 4 not earlier ..
Only negative - was the water in the pools…didn’t look so clean
Not sure if it’s because of the pool finish ? Everything else was perfect and we definitely recommend this hotel
