“I booked this stay specifically because I saw they had a steam room and Sauna. They were both very pleasant and available 24/7. The room was very high quality with great views but if the city. “I forgot an art print here in my room. $50 Print. A normal hotel you could call somebody because housekeeping would turn it into lost and found. With this place, the email for customer service returns as doesn’t exist. The phone number direct you to the website which has no way to talk to anybody. So because they have absolutely no contact with their customers, I am out of $50 art print from my vacation. And that absolutely sucks. It was a small but acceptable room for what you pay. But the……

“This time, I stayed in the Blue Room, which shares two bathrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and living space with 2 other bedrooms. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it turned out to be fine. I only encountered one other guest during my overnight stay and it was very quiet (with the exception of typical urban noise outside, which doesn't bother me at all).
