“The Waldorf Astoria Chicago is a beautiful hotel and the room itself was excellent. We booked one of the highest-tier rooms for a two-night stay totaling just over $3,500, and the accommodations were spacious, luxurious, and very well maintained. The hotel staff we interacted with were also consistently kind and professional. Unfortunately, our stay was heavily impacted by an extremely large security presence due to a foreign delegate staying at the hotel. There were police and security……

“I was only able to stay one night in Hotel Versey and wish I could have stayed longer. The lobby's decoration is artistic and gorgeous. The clean smell hits you as soon as you walk through the doors. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and the beds are some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. I live in Lincoln Park, so I won't need to stay there often, but I will certainly have friends and family who visit stay at Hotel Versey!”

“The room is not cleaned every day! Attract customers with low prices, and then charge for floating rooms seven days ago! It's a scam at all ! The bed was too high and the chair wobbled! Toilet exhaust fan and air conditioner are too noisy!”

“Interesting property in that it is a high rise building of furnished suites with certain floors available as a “hotel”. Coffee shop, gym and lounge are all nice as are the suites. Just know this is not a service oriented hotel experience. No doorman, uniformed person at desk, room or maid service etc. ”

“Room and building very clean, open spaces to room next door make it a bit noisy and decreases overall privacy. Good location, foam mattress kind of bad. Absolutely cannot check in even a minute early. Not sure I would go back”
