"Nice big hotel in a very nice location. Located right across the street from big train station so made things very convenient in terms of travel. Hotel rooms were a little small but has everything you need. Staff was super helpful with luggage and overall very friendly."

"The water outlet of the tap of the bathtub was slightly dirty, however we did not need to use it so it was fine. Was a bit dusty in the wardrobe when open seeing some dust flying in the air, otherwise the room is perfectly cleaned. The bathroom floor was a bit slippery to walk with the hotel's slippers as we did not expect it was that smooth on the marble floor. "

"The hotel is centrally located: walking distance to both high end and affordable shopping from Seven 11 to Channel. About 2 minutes walk to Times Square which mimics the hustle and bustle of NYC (As a New Yorker, I felt at home ). I often went out at 1am to grab snacks or food, and I felt safe. Area was clean"

"Ling at the reception was so kind and very accommodating. We arrived 2hours before the check-in time but he allowed us in with no additional costs. The place is somewhat central and places are within walking distances. Definitely good value for money 😊"
