This property was in renovation we were not made aware. It was dusty and ao noisy The room is a bit outdated. Lotion bottle was completely empty. Most of all, the water was barely heated. Taking semi cold shower at 8am was extremely unpleasant. Thank you

I was under the impression it was pet friendly, so when I arrived I told her I had a dog and was charged $75. I did not know otherwise I would have looked for another place! Very poor advertising! Also the construction was very annoying and loud. We were told there was construction but again if I would have been told the extent I would have gone elsewhere! Very disappointing!!!!!!! Pet fees should be transparent and not thrust upon you at check in. $75 is crazy!!!

Check in was ok however i was charged an additional $20 for incidentals. I asked what that was gor and was told 'like smoking in the room.' We dont smoke! Nothing else was nited. I was told everyone is charged $20 extra for incidentals. I was very annoyed by this.. The total was not what you advertised. Not sure that we will stay here again.

Our bed was clean, but this property is really beat up. It is currently under renovation, but it seems like a quick cover-up. Our bathroom shower head was new but fell off when the shower was turned on. The worst part was a rude check-in. They had oversold our room and said they had called earlier in the day to tell us. We were never called. I had prepaid the room and the lady acted like we should try somewhere else, but since it was 10pm, I said we could do a different room—not what we paid for—to which she did find. It was annoying that we took the time to make a reservation, paid for what we needed and ended up with something we didn’t want with our youngest daughter needing to sleep on the floor. The two ladies at check in acted like they were doing us a huge favor. This one was a double thumbs down.

They are remodeling but it is still quiet and nice. The roo was a little dusty in a couple of places. We were disappointed in the free breakfast ( eggs runny,sausage lukewarm). We would still stay here again.

The hotel is undergoing renovations and the room and furnishings were dated to say the least the tv was an old phillips tv, there were no cups or glasses and I could see the light from the hallway shining through the door! This reminded me of an old motel 6 NOT a Hampton Inn....the rates are very high and undeserving of this property. The staff were fine but I cant recommend

The room was great. The location was suitable for dining however, I did not appreciate the $75 charge for a pet. I don’t think that is what you call pet friendly as their ad states it is three times or more expensive than the other motel that I have had my dog in. I will not stay at another Hampton Inn.

The place was so outdated and dirty. The TV was so old it took literally five minutes to turn on. Everything was dusty and dirty. The lady at the front desk was kind. She said they are attempting to renovate.

The only thing we liked about this property was the location, but that is not enough to make us return to this particular property. The room was not clean. Desk clerk gave me makeup wipes and a roll.of paper towels so I could clean off the sticky spill all over the nightstand. Hair was all on the shower walls and floor had nit been vacumned. We wore our shoes, needless to say. We were awakened at 8am after a concert night by blaring music coming from housekeeping in the hallway for 30 minutes. She just glared at me and kept dancing in her bare feet while "cleaning" in the room next door when I went out and asked her to turn the music down. The tv remote did not work, so no tv... The refrigerator was not cooling, therefore our leftovers had to be thrown out. Coffee at the coffee bar was not hot. We travel 10 to 12 times a year and stay in many places. This is the first time I have ever left a bad review of a property but something needs to be done here!
