Rooms clean, breakfast good. Pool and hot tub were under repair and not avaliable. No email, text or notice on web site posted about this. Disappointing since those amenities were one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

Great price on room for one night. Our room was out of toilet paper after first visit, had to go to front desk. Half the hotel was being renovated so had to walk through materials to get ice. Breakfast was free so you get what you pay for. 😀

Winterfest in Pella
I loved the country side quiet hotel! I was a little disappointed in that we were only given a few wash clothes but my fault I did not ask for more. The second morning of our stay we came for breakfast and had to go to the front desk to request coffee. Noticed staff sitting behind desk. They gladly made the coffee. I am not sure if they knew there had been quite a few people who went to the coffee counter and found the pots empty. maybe a hostess for breakfast would have helped.

Price is right, but ...
The price and location were great. I understand they are undergoing renovation, but ... the room was wonderful and the beds comfy. The bathroom needs significant work. The towel rack was missing, the hair dryer was missing (you could see where both used to be on the wall). There was no sink stopper. But the worst was that the shower did not work. The tub faucet would run, but when you pull up the lever to switch to the shower head, only a couple drops came out. I ended up standing in the tub and basically taking a sponge bath.

The property was in a residential area and difficult to find. The hotel was clean staff was friendly. They had a tough time finding our reservation through Expedia booking. Nice breakfast.

We booked two adjoining rooms for a girls weekend. This is a nice place to stay right outside of town. It’s in a nice residential area so it’s quiet. The indoor pool and hot tub looked nice. It has a complimentary breakfast.

For the price of the hotel the room was a great size and the whirlpool was great. You would think that it would have cost a lot more. Quiet neighborhood off the beaten path good place for it. Would recommend it to anyone.

We vióleles the long suite with jet tub, nice big rooms. Little kitchenette with microwave and fridge. There was no freezer. Clean, somewhat older property but well maintained. The first night the tub wasn’t working-it was around 8:30-9pm, was told by the desk agent that “she doesn’t know much about it except it is glitchy”, I had specifically booked this room because of the tub, asked if anything can be done, she said no one was around until the next day to do anything. Next day we told the day agent and she said she immediately gave us another room, right beside ours and the tub did work. Nice little pool and working hot tub in the main area. Nice place for the price

It was pretty good. We did have issues with the key card getting into our room. After going to front desk twice the attendent came with me and used her key card to get us in our room.
