“Upon checkin extremely detailed instructions on what to do and what not to do, lots of rules. But omission of explanation of heater adjustment.We were required to fill in a form with all our personal details including credit card details. Supposedly a VRBO requirement that we have never come across before. It left us feeling very uncomfortable, after all, if there are problems you are supposed to go through VRBO and they have all those details already.Fridge did not work at allHair dryer did……

“It was a great stay, and was very convenient being right in Whistler village! The room was clean, spacious, and staff were very friendly and helpful! The only thing was the paid parking, it was $26 a day, and a little frustrating that it was only done in 24hr increments (you couldn’t pay for parking for a day and a half - you had to do the full 2 days (48hrs)). However, that is a very minor inconvenience! Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Whistler, BC!”
