“Room had new carpet and was clean. There is a lot of road noise by this hotel.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Rusty’s Loft. The place was so comfortable. It made us feel like we were at home. We hope to come back to visit again.”

“Yes, this is an older property with two floors, no elevator (stairs only) and small bathrooms. But... The staff was great! Breakfast was much better than expected at this level. The room and hotel were well maintained and clean. Location is good. For me and my needs, there were no negatives. This was an exceptional value! Far better than I expected. And, again, the staff was outstanding! I will happily stay here again.”

“The parking was the best park of the stay. So my partner and I showed up around 5pm to check into our room ( we booked this room properly about a month a head of time). The front desk women is brand new has no idea what she doing. No problem so the manager comes out and helps. The manager gives a room key and we go up to our room the room was not cleaned at all from the previous guest that was there. So we go back down stairs and tell both of them that the room was not clean at all. They look……

“Staff was very friendly and quick. Doors to exterior all had broken locks. Dirty lot. Maybe a little scary…”

“The staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent. The parking was horrible because all the doors were broken besides the front lobby door. It was very annoying carrying bags from the opposite end of the hotel to go through the single door when exterior doors were right next to our room. There was good shower pressure, but the water never got warm. It was a cold shower for sure.”
