“We loved the hotel and the grounds, we had a great weekend.”

“The room was clean. The A/C was a bit old and noisy. Otherwise, it was OK.”

“This is probably one of the nicest hotels in the area. I really enjoyed the fitness center and the room format was great. However cleanliness wasn't up to the standards I would have expected. It wasn't exactly dirty but it also wasnt very clean. The shower could have been cleaned better, the floors had dust, and the sheets had a stain. While i could tell the sheets had been washed I think that at a hotel if there is a stain in any of the linens, towels and sheets included - they should be thrown……

“The location was great. Right off the highway and close to restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, and of course VT. The outside of the property was clean and looked safe. There was construction going on so we could see the materials for it outside but it was quiet. The front desk staff were so nice and polite. The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke, which was a a turnoff. My room key did not work after 3 tries so they just moved me to a new room. I had other family members checking……

“I checked in very late and my stay was very short. The beds were very comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean. The property exceeded all my expectations. I would definitely book this hotel again.”

“Hard to tell as this was my first and last stay here, but I don’t think the staff here like black people, or maybe just us. They were not helpful to us, but I observed their interactions with white guesses and it was different. Could be they don’t see much black people there. Very uncomfortable for my family. Just needed a place to sleep. Next time in that area of Virginia, I’ll definitely stay somewhere else.”
