The place was dirty inside the room and around the grounds. They pinch every penny possible! Thin, cheap, scratchy sheets and only a thin fleece blanket for bedding. We were there three days and they never came to replenish towels or anything. I had to go get more towels. They were rarely at the front desk. The back entrance door was broken. I had to get new door keys daily as they never worked more than one day. For the price and location it was a rip off!!

The shower was dirty and the faucet was difficult to use. There was some kind of debris in one of our beds. Not a great experience. The clock wasn’t even set to the right time - it was off by a backward house and 17 minutes. Very weird all around.

We rented 2 separate rooms. Both were very clean. Our rooms were very close to the back entrance/exit to the hotel which guests (Union Pacific RR workers?) started exiting thru at 5:00 a.m. so very noisy from that point on. Entrance lobby is very shabby, torn upholstery on chairs etc. Coffee was available on the first morning but not on the second. Location was very convenient and room rates were very reasonable. We would likely stay there again but away from the back entrance/exit. Front desk hostess was very personable and friendly.

This property was just perfect! It was clean, convenient for shopping, quiet and excellent customer service. The GM Tye made our visit absolutely perfect!! ❤️

The carpet was stained and needed vacuuming.No blankets on the bed or in the room at all.The staff was nice tho and I managed to pick a quiet night to check in.

Front desk people were great and one of them came right down to fix the tv when it had an issue. I felt bad for the person checking me in because he was having to hand write everything. The copier was broken. Other than that it was fine

I made a reservation last minute and when I got there, they didn’t have that room available, so they accommodated me with another room. The staff was very friendly, the property is clean, felt safe, quiet and was close to shopping. I would stay here again and recommend to others.
