Noise

There were always a group of drunk people yelling and with their music up all the way. This happened every night and there seemed to be a group of teens in the parking lot smoking pot.

This was a nice motel 40 years ago. If you're just looking for a sleeping room this will serve the purpose. If you want a more refined place keep looking.

You get what you pay

Loud mini fridge, spiders everywhere, you can hear all neighboring guest conversations and footsteps from above units, paid for two nights and room was not cleaned second day we had to take out our own trash. You get what you pay.

Cheap Enough

Pros: Cost
Cons: Staff present during Continental breakfast.
Location: Close to dining and High School
As expected for the price. Continental breakfast very poor, not worth doing. Staff not present.

The man at the front desk was incredibly rude. Thank god the maids were so nice. Rooms are really old and the towel rack fell off the wall. There are better places to stay in the area.

disappointment

Pros: nothing
Cons: Total renovation
This hotel should be completly renovated. Bathtub needed to be replaced 10 years ago.

it was a quick stay. The staff was friendly but room had an odor and bed was uncomfortable.

Had issues

Pros: Close to place we were going on business. Polite clerks.
Cons: Reminded me of a Motel 6 so thought the price I paid was fair. Full price would have infuriated me. Needs a sprucing up.
Location: Centrally located. Close to shops, stores, entertainment...about anything you might want.
Room appeared, overall, not real clean..perhaps so old. Alarm clock was off. Went to continental breakfast at 8 am and nothing but a few slices of white bread and a couple of small Danish. No one in office to ask. No hand rail to get up steps at room and one that did have handrail had large last step...seemed too long a drop to be actual step. Hard for person with a cane. Was sadly disappointed at condition and lack of staff in office. I realize they had at least a young child who did some out with her mom at one time when we needed help. Just not up to what I consider Rodeway standards. Also coffee maker was badly stained and when we made the coffee the packet of coffee (which was basically colored water it was so weak) ended up causing most of the grounds in the bottom of the pot. Both husband and wife were polite. Found Expedia to be easy and will happily use again if needed. Was my first time, called to talk to a person, and loved the ease of use.
