Filthy floors in our unit, beds were not queen as advertised nor were they comfortable, fridge was a joke, could hear people in other units

Rooms were newly renovated. Mostly quiet aside from being on the Hwy. Great park approximately 2.4 miles from the property with 16- acres near a small river with trails for walking or running. Dogs permitted on a leash. TV worked well and had access to HBO. Bed was comfortable with comfortable pillows.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

The motel was fine for the most part. The guy managing the motel came in as soon as he could to give me new sheets for my bed thats why i gave a better staff rating. When I came there the room was clean for the most part but the bed sheets and blankets were nasty, full of hair, little bits and pieces, etc.

I needed a room for the night and decided on Motel 6 since I didn't need many amenities. The room was very small, but did have a refrigerator/freezer and microwave. The bed was comfortable, but only one lamp was working in the room, and the overhead light was too bright. The shower was extremely small and the showerhead had very poor pressure.

Good place for a rest stop. Nighttime clerk was excellent. The parking lot is brightly lit at night. Good deal.

Terrible guests next door.
They front desk worker was nice enough, but the guests in the room next door were up partying and playing loud music the entire night, they were still up when we decided to leave at 6am in the morning. I will never stay at this motel again.

Staff was awesome and fun to talk to. General atmosphere is what you would expect from a motel. Neighbourhood around seems ruff, but had a peaceful night. Beds were hard as plywood. The kids ended up waking up early because they were uncomfy and adults were slightly grumpy.
Suggestion: have some pillow tops or something that can be thrown on to soften the beds.

Given wrong room @ check in. They blamed Expedia. Earwig on fridge and toilet. A/C filters were full of dust and fuzzies, light fixture above sink thick with dust as were the baseboards around the bed, the window sills were dirty too. Tub was stained. No coffee maker (they had coffee makers when they were Rodeway Inn a few months ago) no iron or board. It was our fifth stay but first since it became Motel 6. Hoping they can fix it, we’d like to stay again.

I almost cried when I saw the hotel, it looked so fun down! Then I walked into lobby I was pleasantly surprised by the smell and cleanliness. The clerk was very accommodating and showed me room before I checked in after the horrific dirty check in in Nephi. The room was clean, bed somewhat comfortable. It was very noisy to begin with but traffic stopped over night. There was work crew that were yelling and honking horns at 5am which was unfortunate!! I still will not be staying with Motel 6 ever again!! Out of the last 3 trip and using Motel 6 2 were disgusting!!

A big portion of the motel is occupied by what looks like laborers, long term. They have bunk beds, busses, the whole works.
They allow dogs with a fee but when I went to try and get coffee I was informed that they are not allowed in the office, with an attitude

I have always had a good experience with Motel 6. No carpeting, which means cleaner, to me. The lobby here in Hermiston was exceptionally clean. The only changes I would suggest is coffee makers and coffee in the rooms. The price was better than most, too.

The customer service at the front desk was incredible. I arrived late and the gentleman checking me in had the heater and lights on in my room. The door locks were frozen on the outside, and the gentleman ensured I could get inside my room without any trouble. He was up late making sure I had a good experience and up early to check me out and had hot coffee ready. I stay in a lot of hotels during my business travels, it's rare to receive this level of customer service.

Older hotel, clean but In need of some repairs. Bar soap but no shampoo. Ligh blankets bit an extra was in room but wouldn't stay on bed, heater was noisy.
Small things but add up.
It was a low cost convenient location.
It was the worst place ever. They charged me 180.00 to much.
