“A characterful, charming hotel in the centre of Beaumaris. In cooler months it would be lovely to use the sitting room to read and relax. Our twin room was comfortable and the only thing I'd ask for is for the bathroom window to be fixed so that only the top sash could open; there are seagulls prowling outside! “Enjoyed my stay at the Menai hotel, my room was a good size and clean and comfortable too. The hotel breakfast was very good also. The hotel's location is in Upper Bangor and is not far from the railway station and near bus routes and not far from the town centre either. “Generally clean room but we did find a dog biscuit under the sink while we were there……and we didn’t have one with us. It was during a heat wave and had to sleep with the window open even though a fan was provided, this made it a little noisy at times.
