My stay was an overnight. Had my little dog with me. Check in and out was easy. Room was nice and comfortable. No issues. Breakfast was typical of hotels serving breakfast. No issues or complaints.

I have two complaints: 1. When I arrived, I discovered that there were only three sheets of toilet paper in the bathroom. There were no reserve toilet paper rolls in the room. It was only a minor inconvenience to go downstairs and ask the check-in clerk to get me another roll of toilet paper. It might have been a minor emergency if I had with me in the room a young child or other person who could not wait after a long trip. 2. The bathroom was cold. and there was no heating unit in the bathroom. I did not want to take a hot shower in a cold bathroom. I solved the problem by turning up the heat to 75 degrees in the bedroom and keeping the bathroom door open for about 45 minutes until the bathroom was warm enough. Since the bathroom shuts automatically whenever it is opened, I had to prop the door open with a chair or something. Every bathroom should have a heating unit. Otherwise, the room was spacious and clean and quite comfortable. The cooked breakfast was good - fruit, oatmeal, omelettes, sausage slices, breads and a toaster, biscuits, etc.

It was a great place to stop, convenient, and Daniel at the front desk was so helpful. I had some loud neighbors and Daniel just called them and they quieted down. He always asked if everything was ok and actually everything was fine. Room was comfy and I slept well. Although breakfast was only average.

The staff was friendly and attentive and the breakfast was good, nicely presented and well managed. Unfortunately our room had an ant problem (they gathered on food that was out for just a few minutes) and the accessible bathroom was extremely wet all the time, never dried out, mostly due to the lack of an exhaust fan, I think. We only stayed for one day and two nights, so did not have time or desire to ask for to these issues to be corrected while we were there.

Towels were a little rough, rooms not as updated as some Hampton Inns. The night manager was very nice and helpful. Overall very happy we went there as compared to the alternatives in Pennsville.

Great hotel close to everything. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is very good with something for everyone. We enjoyed visiting the town of Pennsville with a beautiful park nearby as well as historic Fort Mott.
