Gorgeous and spacious Gulf Front Condo with spectacular Gulf views from two private balconies just steps from the beach! Starboard Village - Unit 224.

Main level has a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, half bath, and a large balcony overlooking the Gulf. Balcony stays in the shade during the day.

Second level has a two bedrooms with large bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a balcony - hear and see the waves from bed! Master also has large walk in closet. Second bedroom has a queen and twin bed. There is also a laundry closet with washer and dryer upstairs.

On the lower level balcony we have a four chair high top table and two Adirondack chairs. On the master balcony there are two lounge chairs and two Adirondack chairs.

There is an extremely comfortable pull out sofa with queen memory foam mattress in the living room. Condo sleeps 6. There is also a two car garage.

Our condo is in Starboard Village, a smaller complex directly on the beach. The condo is on the top two floors of the building, the 3rd and 4th floors. There is not an elevator in the building, but the Gulf views are worth the climb. There is a swimming pool with sun deck. We have four beach chairs, an umbrella, bicycles, pool, and beach toys available for our guests use. We have a gas grill in the garage. There is a tandem sea kayak for our guests use (we share this between our two condos a few doors down.) We try to have everything our family would need and yours. There is a pack n play, high chair, and baby gate. We recently got a nice wood card table and chair for our guests that needed to set up two separate offices to work remotely.

Please Note: Minimum age requirement is 25 years old and he/she must physically occupy the Unit for the entire time of the reservation.
