Nice hotel for the price.

Clean room, decent breakfast, friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again and recommend a friend to stay here.

not pleased

this is the first bad review I have ever given as I am easy to please, but this hotel was nothing like the photos on the website. soon as we got into our room it had a bad smell we had to get air freshener and spray the entire room. the comforter had stains and holes in them. the bathroom shower head was rusty. the lamps on the wall were broken. this hotel needs some major upgrades. the staff was nice but this hotel sucked.

Hidden Fees

Pros: Location good for sightseeing hotel was ok friendly staff
Cons: I didn't like that this hotel didn't tell me about the extra authorized charge for my room $120. Held an extra $120 from my bank account without making me aware of this before I checked in i will not stay in any of this chain of hotel again... n the so call Free bfast. Nothing but bread n cereal Really... 😞😞

This is a process from the banks and not our specific property. The breakfast standards are set by Wyndham and only allow certain modification. Pros: The young girl that cleaned the room
Cons: Pretty much everything, and if I would've known it didn't have a pool, I would've never told my husband to make reservations there...
This hotel should be shut down...we got there, the refrigerator had been unplugged, so it was nice and hot!! Half the lights didn't work-I guess blown bulbs? Not real sure...the cable box was unplugged so we had to plug everything in. Read a couple of other reviews (after) we were in the room, said it this was a place for "escorts" and I can believe it. I went in to the bathroom and there is not an 1/8 of an inch of toilet paper on the roll, the shower was disgusting. It had dirt on the wall that I cleaned off with one of the two washcloths in the room....we were trying to spend the last night of our honeymoon in a nice place in Pensacola, before heading home so we made reservations online, we've stayed at a lot of Baymont Inns and have never had such a horrible experience!!! This place needs major renovations, and deep down thorough cleaning and a whole lot of paint...I can say one good thing about this place though-housekeeping, the young girl that was going to clean our room was really sweet and very courteous. Good job at hiring her!!!

Not all that

No pool. It is very close to shopping mall if that is your thing, but getting to hotel is a bit tricky. It is almost like it is inside the parking lot of the mall. Hotel is somewhat outdated. Not a 2.5 star in my opinion more like a 2 star only.

Hotel looked "tired". Personnel were nice and helpful. Room was musty smelling and a dehumidifier was left in the room. It looked like it was not working. Exterior of the hotel looked acceptable, but could use a fresh coat of paint. Number plates on door need to be upgraded.

Hotel has seen better days

Room was run down. Peeling wallpaper, dented furniture. Bathroom had mildew. Toilet kept clogging. Iffy neighborhood.

in an unsafe area

Pros: Lots of places to eat. About 10 miles from beach.
Cons: Everything could be.
Location: Lots of places to eat. Shopping close by.
Rented a room for a week. So bad I ended up leaving 3 days early without any refund. Would not recommend to ANYONE

Disappointed

Pros: The location.
Cons: Everything except the location. The hotel can improved the cleanliness of the room and linen on the beds, staff communication and the breakfast.
Location: The hotel was walking distance to a shopping mall, really nice restaurants and Sam's Fun City.
The only nice thing about the hotel was the location. From the evening of check-in throughout my weekend stay we were unable to get any hand towels to bath with. When I got to the room I had to call the front desk to get clean sheets to change the beds (which I had to go and pick up then change myself). The quilts on the beds were dirty and were not replaced. I took the quilts off the beds and got extra sheets to replace them. When I check out the dirty quilts were still on the floor in the corner where I left them. I assumed that the quilts were going to be put back on the beds after check out since they were not removed when the dirty sheets were removed. The breakfast was substandard. For the price the hotel was not worth it.
