Paying for a high rate for a suite with ocean view was fine but wish they update the king mattress and sofa pull out mattress. It was uncomfortable sleep. The room was great if you have kids.

The showed that they were COVID friendly and that I could just check in and use my digital key to avoid COVID interaction. This was not the case. My digitial key did not work and I was required to interact with no less than 5 people to get into our room which spreads the chance of getting COVID. Not to mention that my refrigerator did not work when we got in there which required an extra person to come into our room and advance the risk of COVID spread. They did not live up to their claim that they were COVID friendly and took precautions not to spread.

We we’re staying for two nights. First time to Ft Walton Beach. I requested they change our sheets as I sweat ALOT at night! Talked to 2 different housekeeping! Well it never happened even after reporting to front desk which was the 3rd person! Ask for more towels so we did not have to reuse, we had to beg for those and wait hours… they advertise in hotel that satisfaction is guaranteed? I guess we were asking to much? It was ridiculous the way we were blown off! Tell me straight up NO if it’s to much, don’t leave us expecting it to be done. Hot tub was closed and not posted or advertised! Pool was nice that’s about it! Beds are literally HORRIBLE!!! Old coil mattresses! We will never go back! When I went over our issues checking out…. Was told I’m sorry she worked the day before when we requested linen change and she was never informed so basically calling us liars! That’s ok! We have a new prospective when it comes to Hilton! That was our #1 for years! Huge disappointment!
