My room was dirty i was inconvenienced somebody had to remake my bed because they didn't change my linen. I pull mu sheets back and saw that my sheets were slept on and disgusting..

Had a fantastic stay. The entire property was clean. The staff was on it each morning tidying things up and making everything look great. Beds soft, bathroom water pressure on point, hot tub and pool area clean and inviting. Gym is small but gets the job done. Definitely a place I would stay again.

Our stay was overall really nice. The property was well kept, clean, and pretty updated. The only complaint we had was the staff not specifying breakfast during the weekdays closed at 9:30 unlike the weekends where it closes at 10am. Our room was clean, easily accessible, and every request we made for additional linen or necessities was met in a very timely manner.

I was under the impression that breakfast was included in this stay and then when I arrived they told me I didn't get the breakfast package. They said it was going to be $6 per person each morning. Then when I got the breakfast it wasn't that great. Holiday Inn breakfasts include cinnamon rolls and they didn't have any. In addition there was construction next door going on so you could hear the construction. Also, the housekeeping staff were extremely loud in the morning going on and on about their personal business and social life. I won't be staying here again.

Nice and clean but I don’t think I should have been given a handicapped room!! I could not take a bath and I was not handicapped nor did I need assistance, nor did I state that I Needed a room with special needs.

Difficult to get to due to all the u turns you have to make. No easy access to fast food, again do to traffic issues and u turns. Hotel breakfast is expensive. I feel as though they take advantage of it being so hard to go elsewhere for food. The restaurant is even called the UTurn. Clean enough....strong chlorine smell on 5th floor but no indoor pool. It was fine for one night

We loved our stay at the Holiday Inn. It was easily accessible from I-10. We stayed in 305 and the AC/heat worked great! The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast coupons are also worth it! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be back for sure. They are also pet friendly which is nice if you are traveling with your fur babies!
