Location, location, location!Posted Aug 24, 2015
The good: Great location. The beach was beautiful! Easy check-in. Ample parking. The bad: Not enough info from property manager regarding hotel amenities. Condo was so-so - Needs updating, not super clean. Staff does not monitor pool rules, people were drinking and smoking in pool and on the pool deck. 4 coffee cups and there was only one dish rag/towel in the "well-equiped" kitchen. Crappy, uncomfortable plastic chairs on balcony. Loved the area but would stay somewhere else next time. Not worth the $$$!

Nice condo overlooking Navarre Beach.Posted Aug 22, 2015
Condo was very nice. Furniture was slightly dated, but adequate. Outdoor furniture needs to be updated to better enjoy the outstanding views. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great place to spend a vacation time The place fully furnished and the kitchen has all tools to fix the meals so you don't need to eat outside I recommended this place to all my friends

Very Nice, Great for a FamilyPosted Mar 30, 2015
Cons: Let people know the check in is across the street and 1/4 mile down the road from the hotel.
It was not clear to me that the check in was across and down the street a little bit. That would have saved about a 30 minute fiasco at the resort. When we finally got in the room all worries went away. It was very nice and updated. Beds are firm, which I loved, but my wife wasn't so fond of. Great beach that was not too crowded. I liked the close access to the pier which you could pay $7 to fish on for the day. The pier is only open until 8 PM, so don't wait until dark to go. Or at least in march it was only open until 8. There is not alot to do in Navarre. We ate at the oyster bar, it was good not great. They at least offered grilled seafood. TC's front porch only has fried seafood, we ate there and I do not recommend it. A local recommended we try the slippery mermaid for sushi, we didn't make it there though. On our way home, we stopped at Nick's Boathouse in Pensacola on the way home. I ate the Mahi Mahi and Shrimp. The Mahi Mahi is bronzed and it was one of my favorite seafood dishes ever. Overall the room was clean and updated. There was plenty of room to take a family. The room we had had a King bed in the Master. There was a guest with 2 queen or full beds and a third bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed. Overall I recommend this hotel for anyone looking at it.

Great OceanviewPosted May 29, 2014
Pros: Location on the beach.
Cons: Check out time is too early (10:00 am) given check-in is not until 4:00 pm. It would have been nice to see the oceanviews from the bedroom too.
Great condo on the beach. Provided everything you could have wanted in an ocean front stay. The only negative is the oceanview did not inlcude the bedroom.

Hotel along Beach by PierPosted Apr 29, 2014
Pros: The Condo was in a great location along sandy beach.
Cons: Improvements could be made by getting rid of the guy that is selling chairs along the beach for $25 a day. Like your going to be there all day.
Location: The most dangerous part is the Elevator to your room. Unless you want to walk 15 flights of stairs. Nothing like getting stuck.
Of course getting there any weekday is good. 2 bedroom place, the bed setup by the balcony is not as nice as the other room. One of the 2 elevators to the room was always broke, as in stuck somehwere. The location is great though.
