We had a great stay here for two nights! The room we had I believe is one of the more recently renovated and it was wonderful — spacious and spotless. Brand new tub/shower and squeaky clean! The rates are incredibly reasonable during the off season as well.

Will stay again
The location is central to several tourist areas. Our room (a single king) had a lot of space. The bathroom was very clean and up to date. We really enjoyed the relaxing inside garden. We didn't hear a single traffic sound until we were outside. We will definately stay again when in the area.

Very quiet. Did not appear to be many people staying here on the Thursday and Friday night I was there. Overall room appeared clean but were hairs on the side of the bathtub and long hairs hanging on the inside of the shower curtain. Refrigerator in room was off and water covered all shelves, plus pull drip pan that spilled all over floor when I tried to empty it into sink. Common areas, hallways were very warm and muggy, so A/C in room ran constantly the whole time I was there. Used exercise room in pool areas which was so hot and muggy I had to quit. Equipment was not maintained. Plenty of parking close to room. One of worst morning breakfasts I have seen in a chain motel. No meats day 1, pale wet sausages day 2, same institution egg slabs both days, no cheese, no English muffins. . . all very bland and unappealiong.

There was no-one available after 8:00 pm when we needed toilet paper because when we were running out after early evening. Overall, good but they do need an automatic front door opener to comply with handicap law. Very hard to get luggage cart in and out of hotel.

Cleanliness is a huge factor for me...especially bathrooms. They need to look at the corners of the rooms. Other than that, very comfortable & quiet!

The room was dusty. The room had a lot of marks on the walls. No Bible! The floor by the steps to get into the pool had a piece missing.

Great location to town. Beautiful and safe area. The hotel? Disgusting. It was dirty. Outdated. The sheets had actual holes in them they were so overused. Carpet was dirty, discolored, sticky. The hotel needs a serious update/ renovation. I was shocked that we spent $300/night- I wouldn’t even pay $50/night to stay there again.

Our room was not clean when we checked in. The tub was dirty with hair all over it, and the sheets had debris on them. They put us in a different room and apologized, but the second room was hot. The a/c struggled to work all night and was extremely loud, keeping us awake much of the night.

Great choice. Hotel had everything we needed including breakfast. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Nice pool & hot tub. Easy to get to Pentwater beaches and Silver Lake. Golfing nearby in Hart @ Colonial Golf Course. We’d stay again.

Kind of a strange hotel. I thought it was in bad taste to see children running around the lobby and halls - apparently children belonging to the staff. We would have liked to have had the breakfast, but it closed down at 10am. Very weird, tacky decor in the antrum. The furniture in the lobby was dirty and worn.

Thank you for taking time to review our hotel the kids you are talking about running in hallway they are not any staff children i don't know where you got information from.. and we clean every morning all lobby furniture. when you check inn we told you that breakfast end @ 10Am because we have church service start @ 10.30Am in same room we have to clean that room for church people
