Place needs some attention

My wife and I were there in Arizona for a funeral when we got to our room I went to open the window and the curtain fell down on me and then I laughed open the window and The window came out along with the bracket to hold The window in I laughed again carpets to our room very dirty got up the next morning or elevator did not work and when I went to check out the gentleman at the front desk tells me how I open the curtain wrong I laughed again and told him he was wrong it’s The curtain screws are coming out of the wall very happy I did not stay 2 tonight

Less than basic

Not much to say here, we love the location. It’s close to everything including the arrowhead town center. That being said, this hotel disappoints because of a lack of attention to detail. There is no ice maker on the property and you have to fill up ice trays in the freezer, but they don’t provide a container to store the cubes in. The “free breakfast” is laughable with just coffee, cello wrapped small muffins, granola bars, and instant oatmeal. There is no daily maid service and apparently that costs extra. There is no in room coffee maker. There is a small kitchenette provided, but not one plate, fork, or spoon. As you can see, we were disappointed in that some of the things that we would expect even from the most inexpensive establishments are missing here. I don’t think that I’d ever come back here.

Our hotel is designed for guests staying a week or more at a time, who prefer a home-like living experience and they bring their own personal items. So we certainly understand why you may have found our amenities a bit different than traditional hotels. But, we are happy to provided kitchenware and other in-room amenities. Comfortable, clean hotel.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, convenient
Cons: The kitchen and linens could be updated, but they were still nice.
Location: Lots of shopping and dining options within walking distance and less than 2 miles to the Peoria Sports Complex.
The room was clean with comfortable beds and surprisingly quiet even though it's next to a busy street. The bathroom was clean and had updated fixtures. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Nice play to stay close to Peoria Sports Complex

Pros: We enjoyed the refrigerator and the kitchenette. Using it saved quite a bit of money over eating out all the time.
Cons: The pillows were too soft for my husband and myself.
Location: Target, Walmart, Sam's Club and many eateries were within a 10 minute drive as were theatres and other shops.
We stayed there to go with our daughter and her sons to one of the Sports Showcase. It was convenient and quite pleasant. Close to many restaurants and to the Sports Complex.

good price for area; no facilities

no pool , lounge or any facilities. but good room and price for this in-demand area of NW metro phoenix. no problems, they gave me what I paid for, but I was surprised(I booked it to be near a family wedding without checking) that there was no pool, spa, rec room or lobby lounge. Perhaps this is common for a lower priced "extended stay" hotel. Again, I feel I got a fair deal and my moneys worth.

Nice on the surface but disappointing on details

Pros: Room was clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Cons: Fridge motor too loud. No hot water one day. Door not mounted correctly to swing to either open or closed. Non-smoking rooms smell of smoke.
Location: Great location near tons of shopping and restaurants of all kinds. Anything you could want is within minutes or less.
The room was clean. First room was non-smoking and I didn't notice any smoke smell. TV wouldn't turn on until I wiggled the wires in back. In the morning, there was no hot water --had to take a cool shower. I then extended my stay 2 days and upgraded to a king room. This is where things went further south. The room had clearly been smoked in, so we switch rooms. The staff was quick to bring new keys and take us to the new room. The new room also smelled like smoke, although to a much lesser extent. Then while trying to sleep, the motor on the refrigerator was so loud we had to turn it off. Little things like the batchroom door always swinging open to block the walkway just added to the frustration of the details. I don't plan to stay here again. I'll look for something more reliable.

Staff was okay parking was good room was clean play my guitar in my room didn't get any complaints. I like softball softball fields near by. Don't know how much more I have to write. Again I'll say don't know how much more I have to write tell this thing doesn't turn red anymore it was me bypass this feature I didn't ask for this

Decent for the price, good location close to shopping and events centers. No pool or hot tub, no ice machice and we didnt have ice trays in our room initially but the staff gave us some no problem . Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were just ok, a.c. worked great though.

Needed a last minute hotel on a long drive

Staff was great. Got me in right away. Didn't hide any answers to my questions. Non smoking room smelled of smoke. Bath tub dropped water all night. Pillows felt old and had a stale smell. Coffee was good in the morning.
