I liked that it felt like a home away from home. Also that you could fix a meal to eat in. It even had a couple of larger grills to use. Very Family Friendly.

the breakfast was horrible probably because they only had one girl working which was to much for one person. other than that the stay was greast.

First time with this brand but I’ve stayed with fellow IHG hotel Kimpton and always been satisfied. At a lower price point, Staybridge is a remarkable value. Everything you can possibly judge a hotel by is simply perfect here. I was lucky to get in on the M-W evening social, which is basically free dinner and wine for all, but breakfast is also great. I simply have run out of superlatives to describe this jewel of a hotel.

Perfect stay
Came to the area for the Fiesta Bowl and had a great stay. Friendly and helpful staff, shuttle to Westgate, and the breakfast food was different each morning.

Overall, the hotel was an excellent choice. The pool area was great, but, a few of the lounge chairs were not usable because they were broken.

Good weekend stay
The hotel was great for our stay. We would recommend more small trash cans in the suites as that seemed to be a bother. We like the shuttle service and the pool area was perfect for the kids.

The shuttle did not take people to the concert as stated on the phone. The AC unit in the closet of the master bedroom is loud whenever it turns on.

Very wonderful staff
The entire stay from check in to check out was wonderful. Every single staff member was friendly, professional and kind. The property was very clean and well maintained. I would like to suggest a tip jar out for breakfast staff. They were fantastic. We had a minor maintenance issue in the room and even though it was Sunday morning they had Maintenance on premises and responded within minutes. That was impressive. The pool area was beatiful and inviting.
