Definitely recommend staying here. I was very impressed from the moment I booked. The price was right. The hotel was very nice. The complimentary breakfast, snacks & drinks were an amazing addition. If I ever come to Peoria again this is the only hotel I would stay at.

The property was great. Paying for parking on top of your hotel stay is stupid. It should be lumped together as on payment.

Property is fine but do not trust them with your credit card on file. I booked through Expedia. Then was charged a total of 3 times for my room. Hilton embassy suites charged my card 2 addition times and have yet to be refunded

I didn’t like the fact I was charged $250 for damage, and they claimed it was frosting and confetti. I’m not sure why that would be that much. Staff members were constantly calling my room accusing the kids of things and they were sleep on one of the calls. Last 2 times were horrible got charged extra fees for stuff that shouldn’t have been. Overall not staying there again used to be my favorite hotel but now im never going to that place again I’ve never been charged any fees like that at any hotel and I’ve been out of the country multiple times just a shame.

Manager was very unfriendly, she tried to talk over my concerns and give excuses why things were as they are. The manager clearly did not care about the customer. Threatened NOTpaying for parking or your vehicle could be towed? I did not see any security. The bathtub was disgusting . Overpriced Greedy Hotel for sure!

Asked for late check out because our cheerleaders made it to day two for state, high school has been booking at this hotel for many years. Hotel manager told me no, later to find out she allowed others in our group to check out late and then even charged a family yo have late check out

The quality I expect from embassy suites is there. Friendly efficient check in. Clean room and sitting area. Made to order breakfast. Close to civic center for concert I was attending. Reported toilet flush is slow and gurgling. Was thanked so they can notify maintained before next person uses the room. I recommend and will stay there again when in the area.

The buffet breakfast was not good..The bisquits were hard and dry, the scrambled eggs lacked flavor and there didntbseem to be any meat offering like bacon or sausage...The carpeting in our room was buckled and a potential fall risk and the toilet seat was super loose.. Otherwise a great stay.

Was a good stay. Slow check in process due to both system issues and lack of proper front desk staff. Offered nice happy hour, convenient spot, pretty quiet overall even with lots of families staying.

Peoria trip
The staff is very welcoming and great you with a smile. The room was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was wonderful. We stayed two night and both breakfast chefs and staff were great. Definitely will stay there again.

The worst hotel experience ever.
Was forced to do the jobs of the house keepers. Was told they had all went home and that I had to go change the sheets and clean the room before my next guest came who was going to stay there. I showed up and cleaned the room but there was in fact a cleaning lady on every single floor. They had to teach me how to change the bed sheets. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The front desk workers should lose there job. This was supposed to a super nice hotel and what I experienced was far from it. I need a full refund if I am to ever consider booking with you for my artists to stay in.

Great Stay
We came to Peoria for a concert, and booked the stay at the Embassy. Upon entry we were greeted and our room on the 7th floor had a perfect view of the river. The room was huge and the bes and pillows were comfy. The room was clean and everything worked. The best part of the stay was tge breakfast in the morning. The chef made the best omelette and he was so nice along with the women working in the cafe. I would come back!!!

Great staff but….
Very nice hotel and staff was great but I didn’t like the kids running in hallway and my toilet made a very loud noise when it flushed shower was not cleaned properly there were hair strings all over.
