Nasty

The toilet was covered in pubic hairs. They moved me to a different room which had more hairs on the toilet. I complained to the manager who offered to move me again. I asked for cleaning supplies to clean the toilet because their staff obviously did not do well. She informed me that she would be right back to clean in herself. I waited 1 hour then went back up to the front desk. The lady at the desk informed me that the manager left right after she talked to me. She ended up cleaning my toilet. The cleaning staff has no responsibility if the manager doesn't. I spoke with the assistant manager in the morning who did comp my stay. But also informed me that the manager left for vacation. Apparently she did not care about the customers and just wanted to start her vacation. The entire room was dirty. Stains dripping down the cabinets, Stains on the bed, dirty light switches, and just pure filth in the bathtub. I cleaned my room with towels and the shampoo that they provided. I was disgusted. I would not suggest staying here.

Cons: the carpet in my room could have been vacuumed better.
Staff member Amanda was very helpful and friendly. Went beyond what i expected to help me.

No bargain

For the rate charged they should have daily cleaning same as other hotels

Tough to find. Worth the effort.

Once you locate the property,you will find what you expect in a hotel. Great staff. Clean rooms. Near everything.

We would stay again

Overall not bad. main issue was need more outlets. the plug in behind the bed was hanging out of the wall.. only other plug in was by the kitchen area.. beds were comfortable and the staff is really nice and accommodating! they want you to enjoy your stay. the room could have used a deep cleaning but wasn't bad. we were in town for a few days for soccer tournament.

Cancerous attendant

When we first arrived the frontdesk keeper was outside smoking. He checked us in and gave us keys to a room that was filthy and had not been cleaned or checked. When we went back to the front desk the attendant wasn't there. I had to go outside to get him because he was smoking again. It was the worst experience.

A good value

We had lovely stay. I really miss the breakfast bar. Milk, juice cereal , juices, eggs, gravy and country biscuts and last but not least waffle maker.
